1984 Bc Ramesh Goud was born to a couple, Mr.Chitlur Gangaiah and Mrs.Shanthamma, in the Anantapur District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh. 

Bc Ramesh Goud completed his MSC B.E.D. at S.K University, Located in Anantapur.
