EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:
Batkeer Beerappa was born on the 10th of March 1990. and was raised by his parents, Mr. and Bapkeer Sathaiah, in Naginenipally Village, located in Bommalaramaram Mandal in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District of Telangana.
In 2006, Beerappa earned his Secondary Board of Education from Zilla Parishad High School in Naginenipally and an undergraduate in MPC from Sri Chaithanya Junior College at Ghatkesar in 2007. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech from Krishna Murthy Institute of Technology & Engineering in Edulabad in 2011.
Political Career:
Beerappa’s involvement in Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), formerly Telangana Rashtra Samithi, as a party activist since joining in 2014 has been marked by his unwavering commitment and active participation in various activities.
As a dedicated Party Activist, Beerappa actively supports BRS’s goals and initiatives. He has participated enthusiastically in party activities such as rallies, public meetings, and campaigns, showcasing his strong belief in the party’s ideology and principles. He has been actively involved in promoting the party’s agenda and advocating for the welfare of the people in his community.
Due to Beerappa’s outstanding dedication, hard work, and service to the people, he was elected as the Village President of Naginenipally in 2014 from BRS (Bharat Rashtra Samithi) Beerappa’s relentless efforts in serving the community and promoting the agenda of BRS earned him widespread recognition and support among the villagers of Naginenipally. As a passionate and committed leader, he worked tirelessly to address the needs and concerns of the people, advocating for their welfare and well-being.
During his tenure as the Village President, Beerappa has actively participated in various developmental initiatives to improve the villagers’ living standards. He also played a critical role in organizing the Rasta Roko and Sakala Jamula Samme protests, setting up Vanta Varpu during the former to draw attention to the cause.

National Panchayat Award:
In recognition of their outstanding efforts in promoting cleanliness and environmental conservation, Naginenipalli village in Bommalaramaram mandal of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district was honored with the first prize award, a certificate of appreciation under the Clean and Green category as part of the National Panchayat Award for 2021-2022.

Birthday Celebrations:
The Gram Panchayat of Naginenipalli village came together to celebrate the birthday of the Honorable Gram Panchayat Secretary (Village Secretary) along with the Karobar VRAs (Village Revenue Assistants). The occasion was marked by joy and camaraderie as the members of the Gram Panchayat joined in the celebration. It reflects the village’s strong sense of community and togetherness, where the Gram Panchayat Secretary and Karobar VRAs are valued and appreciated for their contributions to the town’s development and welfare.
Har Ghar Tiranga:
In Naginenipalli village of Bommalaramaram mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, commemorating India’s 75 years of independence, the town will celebrate the 75th Independence Diamond Festival for 15 days from 8th August 2022 to 22nd August 2022.
Following the instructions of the Honorable MLA, on the first day of the festival, national flags will be distributed to every house in the village, considering it the right of every citizen of India to honor our nation and salute the tricolor. The villagers will be encouraged to hoist the national flag on their houses as a symbol of patriotism and respect towards the country’s independence fighters and to continue the journey of progress with their spirit.
CM Relief Fund:
Under the directives of Honorable Aleru MLA Sunitha Mahender Reddy, and with the coordination of Honorable Mandal Party President Venkatesh Goud and the Village Sarpanch, Naginenipalli village in Bommalaramaram mandal of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district disbursed checks from the CM’s Relief Fund to the beneficiaries.
Kondaju Murali received Rs. 75,000, Ramidi Denesh Reddy received Rs. 40,000, Vaspari Srinu received Rs. 35,000, Edgerla Ranchender received Rs. 25,000, and Lakshminarayana, who incurred medical expenses of Rs. 19,000, was also provided with a check.
Upon learning that these beneficiaries had spent the funds on hospital bills for their health, the Honorable MLA ensured that the CMRF checks were distributed in cooperation with her efforts, highlighting her commitment to the community’s well-being.
Distribution of Fans and Tube Lights:
In Naginenipalli village of Bommalaramaram mandal in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, Beerappa distributed eight remote fans, and ten tube lights were distributed among various community institutions. These included the village panchayat, high school, two Anganwadi centers, Umamaheshwar temple, SC community hall, and women’s buildings. Financial Assistance:

Cricket Tournament:
In the MPL cricket tournament held in Naginenipalli village of Bommalaramaram mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, the village sarpanch extended support by sponsoring shields, individual shields, and medals for the first prize and second prize teams, as well as medals for all participating teams. Batkiri Ramesh also contributed to the event by generously providing a cash prize of Rs. 10,000/- to the team that won the first prize.
Additionally, the team members were provided food by Garu team members, water by Ward member Motkapalli Mahender Garu, and tiffins by Edgerla Bhanu Tiffins. Vigneswara Youth stepped forward to give fruits as a facility for the tournament. Transport Facility to Students:
