Born & Education :

He was born on 03-04-1965 to Mr&Mrs.Basireddy Gari Ramakrishna Reddy in Kothakota Village of Dhone Mandal, Kurnool.
Sudharshan Reddy has Studied SSC Standard from ZP High School in 1980. In 1984, He completed his Intermediate from Govt. Junior College, Dhone. Sudharshan attained his Graduation from Bala Shivaji Degree College, Kurnool in 1987.

Sudharshan got married to Manjula in the year 1988.

Political Career:

In 1989, Sudharshan started his political journey by entering into Indian National Congress Party(INC). Sudharshan served as a Single Widow Director in 1990.
In the past few years, Sudharshan Reddy’s father Ramakrishna Reddy served as a Sarpanch for Kothakota Village. For about 20 years he served as a Single Widow Chairperson in Kothakota Village. In 1990, Sudharshan served as a Director for K.D.C.C.

On the inspiration of Buggana Rajendranath Reddy in the year 2013, Sudharshan Reddy joined into Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) and was an Active Member.
Being serving as a Director, Sudharshan Reddy rendered many social services for the welfare of the village people. In 2021, He elected as a Sarpanch for Kothakota Village with the majority of 1160 votes.

Recent Activities

In the Year 1991, Sudharshan Reddy conducted and participated in many developmental programs for the Congress Party.
In 2014, Sudharshan Reddy worked hard to make Sudarshan Reddy worked hard to make Buggana Rajendranath Reddy an MLA
Since 2015, Sudharshan Reddy solves every issue of Farmers and the village people.
He solved the issues related to Ration cards that were issued to 25 families as well as pensions to 20 families.
Sudharshan Reddy performed many developmental activities like laying of CC Roads, Putting up Street Lights, and also resolved the problem related to the purity of water in the village.
In 2019, house deeds were distributed to home graduates and families in Kottakotta village as well as loans to farmers.
In 2020, Sudharshan distributed Masks, Sanitizers to the village people and also created awareness on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures.
The village was completely sprayed with Sodium hypochlorite Solution.
