District President of Lambadi's Ikya Vedika(LIVE), Vattimalla, Konaraopet, Vemulawada, Rajanna Sircilla, Telangana
Banoth Naresh Nayak is an Indian politician and current District President of Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika(LIVE) from Rajanna Sircilla, Telangana. He is well known for his simplicity. He has always been a fighter for Lambadi rights. He was a young dynamic leader who has great leadership values.
Born and Education:
On 20th December 1993, Naresh Nayak was born to the couple Jayaram and Shobha in Vattimalla village.
In 2009, Naresh Nayak obtained his Board of Secondary Education at The Hyderabad public high school, Ramantapur. He earned Intermediate from Narayana junior college and resided at Kukatpally. From 2011-to 2015, Naresh attained his Graduation(B.Tech) at Lords Institute of Engineering&Technology. He gets into his higher education with his Master’s. Naresh acquired his M.Tech from Arjun Engineering college, Abdullapurmet in 2017.
From 2016-to 2019, Naresh worked as a Lecturer at Sri Raja Rajeshwara Polytechnic college.
A career in Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika:
In the year 2016, Naresh Nayak joined the Lambadi Ikya Vedika and has started fighting over Lambadi’s issues. Naresh Nayak has succeeded in every effort to bring justice to the Lambadis. Seeing Naresh Nayak’s tireless work for the betterment and development of the tribals, the people of Vattimalla chose him as the Active Leader from Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika.
In recognition of his continuous hard work, the authorities offered him the post of District President of Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika(LIVE) in 2017 and he currently working in the position.
Activities by Naresh Kumar on behalf of the Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika:
- Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika president Naresh Nayak said at a protest organized by Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika that the promise of 12% reservation for tribals in 2014 had not been fulfilled so far. They demanded that reservations be made for the tribals as per the given word.
- Naresh Kumar, District President of Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika visited the Tribal Ashram at Konaraopeta Mandal. Speaking on the occasion, Naresh Kumar said that more than a hundred tribal students are studying in the tribal ashram. But it is very sad that they have three teachers yet they have asked the government to pay attention to the education of tribal students.
- Banoth Naresh Nayak, district president of Lambadi’s Ikya Vedika, said tribal livelihoods were suffering due to rising prices of essential commodities and cooking gas. Tribesmen went wild for firewood in protest of rising cooking gas prices. On this occasion, he said that the tribals were facing difficulties due to the divisive attitude adopted by the Central and State Governments. Gas cylinder, cooking oil, and petrol and diesel prices are skyrocketing. On the one hand, the state government will increase the current bill by 50%. This will make the lives of tribals and commoners inaccessible. He urged the present central and state governments to give subsidies and do justice to the tribals.
- Konaraupet Mandal SI Premdeep and ASI Srinivas Reddy had earlier arrested Naresh Nayak, district president of Lambadi United Front Rajanna Siricilla, on his way to the siege of Raj Bhavan, demanding a 12 percent increase in tribal reservation and subsequent issuance of job notifications.
Naresh Nayak’s Efforts During the Covid Crisis
- Pandemic hit the people’s lives very badly. Ordinary people could not survive during the Covid crisis
- As a responsible leader Naresh gave his contribution even during the covid time.
- During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them. He provided food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.
- Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis. Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.
- He financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.
- Naresh put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.
- He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.
- Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and the effects of the virus. The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.
- Delivered food, and supplements for the covid victims by home delivery.
