Banoth Haripriya

Banoth Haripriya was the Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Yellandu Constituency from the Congress party. She was born on 01-05-1985 to Seetharam Badavath.

She has completed her M.Tech(CSE), from JNTU University, Hyderabad in 2010.

She joined the Indian National Congress(INC) party. In 2014 she contested as MLA from the Yellandu Constituency but she defeated by Kanakaiah Koram of TRS candidate.

In 2018, in Telangana Legislative Elections, she elected as the Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) with the highest majority of 70644 votes from the Congress party.

Haripriya quit the Congress party and joined the Telangana Rashtra Samiti(TRS) party.

Recent Activities:

• Honorable Mrs. Haripriya, the member of the legislative assembly has participated in the meeting held in Hyderabad under the chairmanship of state transport minister Sri Puvvada Ajay Kumar the meeting regarding the second phase of the Sitarama project to provide water to all Mandals in the Yellandu constituency.
• Yellandu MLA Haripriya Garu has given insurance Rs 2 lakh to the families of TRS activists who died accidentally in Illandu.
• MLA Haripriya Banoth and degree college chairman Harisingh Nayak distributed computers to the students studying in Sri Chaitanya Gautami Degree College at her own expense.
• Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao has ordered the officials to MLA Mrs. Banoth Haripriya to provide water to every acre of the Sitaram Project in the Illandu constituency.
• On the occasion of the approval of the new revenue bill in the assembly, several ministers and our legislative assembly member Mrs. Banoth Haripriya Nayak Garu met and congratulated the respected Chief Minister Sri Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhara Rao Garu.
