Bandela Srinivas Rao is a Member Guntur District Level-hi Power Vigilance and Monitoring Committee. He was born in 1974 to Yohanu and Adeamma in Jaggapuram. He completed SSC from ZP high school, Jaggapuram in 1987.

In 1995, He joined the Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti(MRPS). He was selected as Mandal President from Karampudi Mandal from 1995-2000.

In 2003, Srinivas handed a petition over to Guntur District Collector from AP SC-ST Cell Chairman Durgi. In 2008, He has done Cycle Rally from Srikakulam to Nellore for 30 days for Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti.

From 2000-2016, he served as District Chief Secretary, Guntur. Srinivas appointed as Guntur District Congress Convenor from SC Section from 2013-2016.

Srinivas Rao joined the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) in 2014. He has discussed the Emergence of Telangana with the Guntur district collector as a Sree Krishna committee.

From 2015-2016, he contested as MPTC from Edlapadu Mandal. In 2019, He was selected as a Member Guntur District Level-hi Power Vigilance and Monitoring Committee. He was the Chairperson of GMC Balayogi Gurukul School and APSWRS School.

Bandela Srinivasa Rao was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the MPP Primary School (HW) Education Committee in Edlapadu village in the Edlapadu zone. In the year 2019 GMC Balayogi Gurukul School Edlapadu. Bandela Srinivasa Rao was unanimously appointed as the Chairman.

Social Services:

He distributed many kits like Essential things, Masks, and sanitizer in most of the villages of Karampudi Mandal during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown period, and he was Provided food&Vegetables to the Poor people in lockdown time.
He involves in many of the social activities like Swachh Bharath Programs & helping poor people in his village.
He fought for the development activities like CC Roads, Drainage, Street lights, and Water Problems in his village.
