Baithi Sridhar

Baithi Sridhar is an Indian Politician of the BJYM and a Ex State Vice President from the Indian state of Telangana.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

Sridhar was born on 06th January 1989 to the couple Baithi Kotaiah and Anusuja and raised in Tondpalli Village of Shamshabad Mandal in Ranga Reddy District.

He obtained his early education of Secondary Board of Education from Government High School located at Tondpalli Village in 2002.

In 2004, Sridhar went on to Government Junior College to complete his Intermediate at Tondpalli Village. He attained his Graduation of Degree from Arunodaya Degree College resided at Dilsukhnagar in 2007.

In 2009, Sridhar finished his MBA(Master of Business Administration) from Vijaya Krishna Institute of Technology and Sciences situated at Palamakula in Shamshabad.

Sridhar completed his LLB (Legum Baccalaureus) in the  Bhaskar Law College placed at Moinabad of Ranga Reddy District.

POLITICAL CAREER:

Before the accomplishment of his Education, Sridhar began his political career in 2007 by entering the ABVP(Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad) as a Member and started rendering service to the students and people irrespective of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion.

As being a part of ABVP, Sridhar expresses keen interest and performs every activity for the recognition of the respective party.

As soon as Sridhar entered, he served as the Bagh Pramukh and carried out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone.

He won the admiration of the party and the people by using the responsibilities, duties, and powers assigned to him. So that was designated with the position of State Executive Member of Telangana in 2009 only for the good of the people without compromising his trust.

For his constant dedication and efforts for the welfare of the people, he accepted his Position in 2010 as the District Co-Convener of Ranga Reddy district to exhibit services to the people.

In the year 2013, He extended his services by increasing his responsibilities as the District Convener of Ranga Reddy district to look after the issues raised in the society.

In the Year 2014, Sridhar joined the BJP(Bharatiya Janatha Party)as an Active Member by doing his part for the betterment of society and carrying out his duties properly by following the rules and regulations of the party.

During the time period of elections in 2014, Sridhar contested and won the position of MPTC for Kishanguda, Indira Nagar, and Tondpalli Villages of Ranga Reddy District from BJP and remained close to the people and strengthened his services through his tenure.

Later on, in 2015, Sridhar was designated with the Honourable Position of District President of Ranga Reddy from BJYM only for the good of the people without compromising on the trust placed in him.

In the Same Year i.e.2015, Sridhar was simultaneously appointed as the State Executive of Telangana from the BJYM by extending his service to the State level by not only restricting his service to the District level.

He won the admiration of the party and the people by using the responsibilities, duties, and powers assigned to him. So that he was given the position of State Vice President of Telangana from BJYM in 2021 and continuing his work without any interruptions.

Because of the efforts being made for the development of the party, In the same year, the party offered him the post of District Incharge of around 5 districts by discharging his service by being very cautious during performing the activities of the Party.

Since the day of joining the Party now, he has been using all his resources for the people and pursuing his happy life of public welfare, and briefly outlining and following the rules and regulations for the betterment of the party as well as the Prosperity of the people.

Baithi Sridhar, a dynamic and driven individual, is enthusiastically pursuing his aspirations to represent the people of Rajendernagar Constituency. With a deep-rooted commitment to public service and a genuine desire to positively impact his community, Sridhar has emerged as a promising candidate for the upcoming elections.

Sridhar’s journey toward politics began with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by the residents of Rajendernagar Constituency. Having spent a significant portion of his life in the locality, he has witnessed firsthand the issues that plague the region, ranging from inadequate infrastructure to limited access to essential services. Motivated by a strong sense of responsibility, Sridhar decided to take matters into his own hands and be the people’s voice.

Collection of Funds:

Sridhar embarked on an extraordinary journey through the picturesque village, driven by an unwavering determination to gather sufficient funds for the construction of a remarkable Rama Mandir in the sacred city of Ayodhya. With a noble cause in mind and a heart brimming with devotion, he traversed the length and breadth of the village, leaving an indelible mark on its residents.

Sridhar’s endeavor to build the unprecedented Rama Mandir resonated deeply within him, ignited by a profound love for Lord Rama and a desire to provide a sanctuary where devotees could express their reverence. Recognizing the magnitude of such a monumental project, he realized that it would require substantial financial resources, and thus, he embarked on a mission to rally support from the community.

Charitable Program:

Sridhar initiated a charitable program that aimed to address the basic needs of orphan children. With the assistance of volunteers and generous donors, he organized regular distributions of food, clothing, and bedsheets to ensure their physical well-being. Nutritious meals were prepared and served to the children, ensuring they received wholesome sustenance to nurture their growth and development.

Understanding the importance of adequate clothing, especially during harsh weather conditions, Sridhar collected and distributed garments suitable for each season. Warm winter wear, comfortable summer attire, and sturdy footwear were provided, allowing the children to face the elements with greater comfort and protection.

Cause for Handicapped: 

Recognizing the struggles faced by individuals with disabilities, Sridhar took up the cause of handicapped pensions. He tirelessly fought to ensure that those with disabilities received the financial assistance they deserved, enabling them to lead dignified lives and access essential resources and services. Through persistent advocacy, he worked to streamline the application process, remove bureaucratic hurdles, and increase the outreach of the handicapped pension program, ensuring that no eligible individual was left without the support they needed.

Pensions:

Sridhar also sought to empower widows within the village by addressing their unique challenges and advocating for their rights. He campaigned for the timely and fair distribution of widow pensions, highlighting the importance of financial security and stability for these vulnerable individuals. By engaging with relevant authorities, raising awareness, and providing assistance with the application process, Sridhar helped ensure that widows received the support they were entitled to, enabling them to sustain themselves and their families.

Financial Assistance:

Understanding the immediate challenges faced by death-affected families, Sridhar ensured that they had access to the essentials required for survival. He organized relief efforts to provide food, clothing, and other necessary items to alleviate the immediate hardships faced by grieving families. By coordinating with local community members, volunteers, and organizations, he ensured that these families received the support they needed to sustain themselves during these difficult times.

Moreover, Sridhar recognized that the loss of a family member often comes with unexpected financial crises. He offered his assistance in navigating through these difficulties, providing guidance and helping them explore available resources and support systems. Sridhar connected these families with relevant government programs, charitable organizations, and financial institutions to help them secure necessary financial aid, grants, or loans to address their immediate financial challenges.

Distribution of Blankets:

Sridhar, driven by his compassion and commitment to uplifting the less fortunate, organized numerous service activities to address the pressing needs of vulnerable individuals within the community.

Recognizing the harsh conditions faced by beggars during cold weather, Sridhar took the initiative to provide blankets to help them stay warm and protected. By organizing blanket distribution drives, he aimed to alleviate their suffering and offer a measure of comfort amidst challenging circumstances.

Free Meals:

As part of his ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals within the community, Sridhar established an annual program to provide free meals to orphans and the elderly. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by these groups, he sought to ensure they had access to nutritious meals, promoting their overall well-being and alleviating the financial burden associated with food expenses.

Each year, Sridhar organized and facilitated the distribution of free meals to orphaned children and elderly individuals. Through partnerships with local organizations, volunteers, and generous donors, he ensured that these meals were prepared and served with care and consideration.

Developments in Village: 

As an active member of the BJP party, Sridhar has been instrumental in bringing about significant infrastructural improvements in his village. Through his efforts and the support of the party, he has spearheaded several initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall development and quality of life for the villagers.

One of the key initiatives undertaken by Sridhar and the BJP party is the installation of street lights. They have worked diligently to illuminate the village streets, recognizing the importance of proper lighting in ensuring safety and security. By strategically placing street lights, Sridhar and his team have improved visibility during the night, reducing the risk of accidents and making the village safer for its residents.

Party Activities:

• Sridhar’s dedication and commitment to his political party and his community were evident through his active participation in various political meetings and programs.
• He played an integral role in the party’s growth and development in Ranga Reddy district, attending Mandal level and District level party meetings, where important strategies and policies were discussed and formulated.

• Importantly, Sridhar’s commitment to public service extended beyond the boundaries of his village. He recognized that the needs and challenges faced by individuals were not confined to one locality, and he opened his services to the people of the entire district.
•  Through his involvement in district-level programs and initiatives, Sridhar worked towards addressing broader issues and improving the overall well-being of the district’s residents.
• Sridhar’s active participation in party activities, dedication to community service, and commitment to the constituents’ well-being showcased his strong leadership qualities and passion for public service. 

Welfare Activities:

• As Pension money from the government is to support old age people and the handicapped to make ends meet, circumstances related to pensions were cleared by providing pensions to the respective holders.
• He is fulfilling his responsibilities to help the disabled in all ways in terms of organization.
• Sridhar has performed many social activities in the village, such as providing food to the Old aged and Orphan Children, Mineral water to the Villagers.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone by clearing the issues related to Water, Drainage, and every minute problem to the individual.
• He helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the essentials for survival and assisting them during the financial crisis.
• Since no one had focused on freshwater issues for a long time, Sridhar came forward and solved the water problems by installing Mineral Water Plant.
• Many of the colony’s development programs were a resounding success.
• Every year a blood donation camp and a medical camp are set up in the colony, and medicines are provided free of cost to those in need.
• He always stood by the people of the colony. He does his part to help those in need.
• Clean and Green was aimed at increasing green cover and improving sanitation in villages.
• As a part of Cleanliness, massive plantation programs were taken up, and the power supply has improved.
• Besides taking up sanitation works, debris from ruined houses/buildings was removed as part of the Environmental Protection.
• The program also included removing stagnant water, filling potholes on the roads, and weeding out wild plants.

Pandamic Services

During the First Wave of Corona-

• Sridhar came forward to help the needy who have been affected by the lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
• Food item packets for drivers and migrant laborers whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period were distributed.
• Sridhar came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to the people who are affected by the lockdown.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
• To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
• As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.

During the Second wave of Corona-

• Sridhar distributed fruits and vegetables to the Villagers who were suffering due to the pandemic.
• He created awareness by explaining about the coronavirus spread, which led to a great loss to the earth.
• He provided food packets and water bottles to the roadside and the poor people.
• Sridhar also provided free masks and sanitizers to people with corona deficiency symptoms at the hospital.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the Covid period and looked after the people.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.

The idea of rendering his services to the people through politics has made Sridhar a great leader who has made a mark on humanity.
