Bairu Ramulu Goud is an Indian Politician of the BRS and Sarpanch of Chowdariguda from Ghatkesar at Medchal-Malkajgiri in Telangana.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

Bairu Ramulu Goud, born on February 10th, 1972, was brought up in Chowdariguda, a town situated in the Medchal-Malkajgiri District of Telangana, India. He was raised by his parents, Mr. Bairu Bikshapathi Goud and Mrs. Bairu Sathaamma Goud.

In his pursuit of educational aspirations, Mr. Ramulu Goud attended Zilla Parishad High School in Korremula, where he successfully completed his studies up to the Seventh Standard. This academic milestone provided him with a solid foundation for furthering his education and shaping his future endeavors.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER –

After completing his studies, Bairu Ramulu Goud embarked on his career in the field of agriculture, working diligently as a farmer. As time passed, he ventured into the milk business, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and diversifying his sources of income. Simultaneously, he also dedicated nearly 16 years of his life to a successful private job, showcasing his dedication and hard work in the professional realm.

Despite his demanding career and professional commitments, Mr. Goud managed to strike a delicate balance by efficiently handling his family responsibilities. CAREER IN TDP –

From a young age, Bairu Ramulu Goud was deeply influenced by his family’s values of serving the public, which fueled his passion for community service. Driven by a strong political inclination to serve the people and provide essential services, Ramulu Goud joined the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) as a Party Activist. Eagerly taking on all responsibilities assigned by the party, he wholeheartedly participated in its activities, further solidifying his dedication to public service.

In 1998, Ramulu Goud took a significant step in his political journey by contesting for the position of Sarpanch from the TDP Party. Despite the initial vacancy, he emerged victorious, securing an impressive majority of 277 votes. This triumph not only showcased his increasing popularity but also the unwavering trust that the community placed in his capabilities.

Undeterred by challenges, he ran for the Sarpanch seat once again in 2003, this time securing an even greater majority of 319 votes, reaffirming his strong connection with the people and his commitment to serving their needs.

His backing of Mrs. Nakka Varalaxmi Narsimha during the 2013 elections for the Sarpanch position contributed to her resounding victory with a majority of 1150 votes. Position of Mr. Laxman Goud:

Following Nakka Varalaxmi’s withdrawal from her position as sarpanch, Laxman Goud assumed the role of vice sarpanch and served in this capacity for a duration of one hundred days. During his tenure, Laxman Goud demonstrated remarkable dedication and commitment to the welfare of the community, actively engaging in various initiatives that contributed to their growth and well-being.

As the vice sarpanch, Laxman Goud became a key figure in addressing the needs and concerns of the community members. He tirelessly worked to identify and implement measures aimed at uplifting the living standards and enhancing the overall development of the village.

Inspiration:

Ramulu Goud has been devoted to the development of Telangana since 1996, constantly striving to progress from his humble beginnings as a Sarpanch to the position of Mandala President in 2014. He was motivated by the Honorable Chief Minister’s leadership, which inspired him to embrace and internalize the CM’s ideals and principles, making them an integral part of his life and work. Development as Sarpanch:

• When Bairu Ramulu Goud was elected as sarpanch for the first time, he spent over One crore rupees in government money on Chowdariguda development projects between the years 1998 and 2003. When selected for a second term, he spent over Three crores on Chowdariguda development projects between 2003 and 2008.
• During the year 2013, when Nakka Varalaxmi was serving as the Sarpanch of the village, nearly Eight crores were spent on the development of the community.
• Bairu Rama Devi Ramulu Goud held an honorable position as the MPTC, and during her tenure there, she contributed Two crores to the village’s development.
• Since 2019 and up until now, Ramadevi Ramulu Goud has spent Ten crores of rupees on various activities related to improving villages.

Haritha Haram:

Ramulu Goud organized a tree-planting program in Chowdariguda village. Students from Badhruka College have been visiting to plant trees and conduct welfare programs for twenty years and Anurag College for ten years. The initiative aimed to raise awareness among the people about the positive impact of tree planting on the environment and the community.

Ramulu Goud will ensure that all necessary facilities and financial assistance for students are provided, and he will personally arrange for their food whenever they visit the village. Additionally, as part of the Haritha Telangana initiative, he has been actively promoting the planting of trees and creating awareness among people about the importance of tree planting for the environment.

Telangana Movement:

Ramulu Goud played an instrumental role in the Telangana Movement, which sought to create a new state by bifurcating Andhra Pradesh. He actively participated in various social initiatives and gatherings, including the Million March, Bike Rallies, Dharanas, Rasta Roko, and Sakala Jamula Samme protests. During the Million March, he established Vanta Varpu, a movement to raise awareness and advocate for Telangana statehood.

In Pocharam Municipality, he held a dharna as part of the Telangana Movement, which led to his arrest along with other activists. As a result, he faced three years of charges, highlighting the risks he was willing to take to fight for the creation of a separate state for Telangana. Ramulu Goud’s unwavering dedication to the Telangana Movement and tireless efforts to promote the cause helped pave the way for the formation of Telangana in 2014.

Services to Sports Students:

Ramulu Goud’s philanthropic nature extended to supporting the local Kabadi players in his community. Almost 500 Kabadi players received new dresses, which not only boosted their morale but also helped them compete more effectively. Donations with his own Financial Savings for Temples:

• He has donated significant funds to develop temples, mosques, churches, and various community projects in his area and nearby villages.
• He has contributed  6,00,000 Rs/- to the construction of Ram Mandir in Venkatadri Township Phase-1 and  5,00,000 Rs/- to the construction and Navagrahas for Ammavari Temple in Venkatadri Township Phase-1.
• Ramulu Goud has donated  8,00,000 Rs/- for constructing a Sai Baba Temple in Phase-3 at Venkatadri Township and another 6,00,000 Rs/- for constructing a Sri Krishna Temple in Kakathiya Nagar, Chowdariguda. He donated 25,000 Rs/- to the Narsimha Swamy temple in Bacharam.
• Ramulu Goud contributed significantly to various temples’ development and betterment in Chowdariguda by donating over  9,00,000 Rs/- to the Pochamma temple, Mahankali temple, and Maisamma Temple. He also donated 5,00,000 Rs/- to the Pochamma Temple in Sathaliguda and to Dakra Building 1,00,000 Rs/-.
  
• Ramulu Goud generously donated 6,00,000 Rs/- to build a Masjid for Muslims in Sadataliguda and contributed  3,00,000 Rs/- to Pochamma Temple and 5,00,000 Rs/- to Mahankali Temple in Maktha Village. Additionally, he contributed 5,00,000 Rs/- to the Vinayaka Temple in OU Colony.
• He donated  50,000 Rs/- for the Kattamaisamma Temple in Annojiguda, 25,000 Rs/- for the Katamaisamma Temple, and 25,000 Rs/- for the Shivalayam Temple. In Korremula, he donated 50,000 Rs/- to the Kattamaisamma Temple and Katamaiah Temple 25,000 Rs/-
  
• Ramulu Goud donated 25000 Rs/- to the Municipality at Ismailkhanguda from Pocharam, 25000 Rs/- to the Shivalayam temple in Pocharam, and contributed to the construction of the Maisamma Temple in Swarnagiri Colony and Yellamma Temple for Ammavari Vigraham 10,000 Rs/- Additionally, he donated funds to construct two Pochamma Temples and a Mahankali Temple in Choudariguda.
• Ramulu Goud’s contributions towards constructing and developing various temples continue to impact the local communities positively. He generously donated towards constructing Hanuman Temple and Pochamma Temple in Maktha Village and Ammavari Mandiram in Sadataliguda village.
• He also provided a significant amount of 2,60,000 Rs/- to Vijayapuri Colony for the Venkateshwara Temple and 1,25,000 Rs/- to Durgamma Temple Chowdariguda for Ammavari Vigraham.
• He contributed 25,000 Rs/- to the Edulabad Mudiraj Sangam for Peddamma Temple located in the community. 
• At Ramalayam Temple, Bairu Ramulu Goud contributed 1,50,000 Rs/- for Dwajasthambam.
• Ramulu Goud Provided 25000 Rs/- for Edulabad Arch.
• In Kapraipally at Pochampally mandal for Rammulavari temple donated 25,000 Rs/-
• Ramulu Goud Donated 50,000 Rs/- for Gowda Sangam Katamaiah Temple.

Donations for the Idols in Temple:

• Ramulu Goud has donated to construct the Balaji Temple for the idol of Balaji in the Vijayapuri Colony. In Doctors Colony, he donated the 2 Ammavari Idols.
• In Korremula Ramalayam Temple, he donated the Ammavari Idols. In Venkatapuram at Tennugudem Grama Panchayat, he donated the idol for the Ramalayam temple. 
• Ramulu Goud donated the idol of 1,25,000 Rs/- in Korremula at  SC Locality.

Donation of Lands:

• He gave the land for Muslims in OU Colony, Choudariguda village, the money necessary to purchase a plot of land measuring 500 yards from the Government. He has provided the labor of the construction field with a donation of 100 yards’ worth of property. He provided 2,00,000 Rs/– from his savings.
  
• On the property that he had donated, which measured 158 yards and 866 survey numbers, the church in Church Colony at Choudariguda was eventually built.
• In the community of Sadataliguda, he has assisted in donations totaling 10,00,000 Rs/- rupees in addition to the gift of land measuring 150 yards and a quarter of an acre.
• The Orfan Children of Joy Foundation received a donation from him of 150 yards of property in Sri Vaishnavi Colony.  He gave the Dwakra ladies in Sadataliguda 3,00,000 Rs/- in addition to the donation of land.
• He contributed 500 yards towards the building of the Masid in the OU Colony and 2,00,000 Rs/- for the Masid Building.
  
• He provided 150 Yards of land for Ambedkar Building at survey number 707.

Donations for the Construction of the Statue:

• He has donated funds to construct the Ambedkar Statue in Korremula village and in Sadataliguda Village.
• In  Chowdariguda, he Constructed Gandhi Statue with a cost of three lakhs at Gram Panchayat.
• In Pratap Singaram village Ramulu Goud provided  25,000 Rs/- to the Mudhiraj people for Statue and 25000 Rs/- for the Maisamma Temple.
• Ramulu Goud provided his financial assistance of 11000 Rs/- for the Ambedkar Statue in Kachavani Singaram.
• He constructed the statue of 60,000 Rs/- at Narapally main Road in Sc colony.

Social Activities:

• He conducted a food distribution program in all temples of Chowdariguda village. 
• Blood Donation Camps were Organized in Chowdariguda, and he donated blood and saved lives.
• He has donated funds to construct two bus shelters in the Chowdariguda village at Grama Panchayat. 
• He Provided CC Surveillance cameras for the safety of people and areas in Sheshadri Enclave, Venkatadri Phase -3, Vijayapuri Colony, and Kousalya colony, at Choudariguda.
• Financial assistance for poor people’s marriages and provided 10,000 Rs/- for death-stricken families. 
• The first step in the purification of Rural Telangana is done.
• As a part of Bangaru Telangana development, it is encouraged to send children to schools, providing them school uniforms, books, Mid-day- Meals schemes, etc.,
• In the Three schools, he was provided plates, glasses, Books, dresses, umbrellas, and cycles from his own funds of 3,00,000 Rs/-.
• To avoid health problems in school children, health camps for conducted regularly.
• To encourage sports persons every year in Choudariguda village.
• He provides sports equipment, sportswear, etc., from my own funds. In our village, parks were developed.
• He Constructed was planned in a way to avoid drainage problems.
• Water tanks and tap connections were constructed to provide pure drinking water.
• Frequent free medical camps were conducted to avoid infections and contagious diseases, and medicines were provided for needy persons.
• To improvise transportation, CC roads were constructed, and implemented the schemes for physically and mentally challenged people provided by the government. LED Street lights were set up.
• Widow and old age pension beneficiaries were identified and were sanctioned required aid.
• He ensured that Ration’s provisions were made correctly and regularly through Ration Shops to the people.

Services Rendered during the Covid:

• Ramulu Goud distributed rations and rice for 50 Quintals during covid to door-to-door Chowdariguda from Telangana.
• He offered financial and humanitarian aid to those afflicted by the lockdown during Corona’s first and later waves. During the crisis, he reacted compassionately, assisting distressed individuals and extending further aid to those impacted by the lockdown.
• Throughout the crisis, he responded compassionately, supporting those in need and developing special assistance for those affected by the lockdown. Ramulu Goud donated face masks, hand sanitizers, food, and cash assistance to the less fortunate.
• Ramulu Goud came forward to help those impacted by the lockdown by distributing veggies and fruits to communities, the homeless, and Municipality workers following the protocol.
• A protest was conducted to raise awareness about social distancing and the need to take preventative measures to prevent the Corona Epidemic from arising.
• When the coronavirus was eventually eradicated, the whole village was sprayed with sodium hypochlorite to protect its inhabitants from its negative consequences.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was created in response to Prime Minister Modi’s directive to enhance public awareness of the necessity to receive free corona immunization.
