Azmeera Sitaram

Azmeera Sitaram was the Member of Parliament(MP) to the 16th Lok Sabha of Mahabubabad Constituency. He was born on 20-August-1957 to Laxman and Mallamma in Mallaiahpally. He has completed a Ph.D. from Kakatiya University, Warangal in 1994. He is an Academician worked at Kakatiya University, Warangal dist.

He started his political journey with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) party. In 2014, He elected as Member of Parliament(MP) to the 16th Lok Sabha of Mahabubabad Constituency by defeating Union minister P. Balram Naik.

He was the Member, Committee on Absence of Members from the Sittings of the House. He served as a Member of the Consultative Committee, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

In 2017, He worked as a Member of, Standing Committee on Social Justice and Empowerment. He also served as a Member of, Standing Committee on Chemicals and Fertilizers. He was a Telangana Activist.
