Avuta Kumar is the Secretary of IHRC(International Human Rights Council), Telangana State Board Office. He was born on 11-02-1989 to Pedda Balaswamy & Rangamma in Madhapur village of Lingala Mandal, Nagarkurnool.
In 2005, He has completed his SSC Standard from ZPHS at Chelkapally. In 2007, he completed his Intermediate from Govt. Junior College at Kondagula. In 2013, He attained his Graduation from DR. Ambedkar University in Nagarkurnool. From 2014-2019, he has completed BA LLB from Mahatma Gandhi Law College in Hyderabad.
Kumar started his political journey with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) Party and was the Active Member. From 2008-2018, He was the Village President of the TRS Party in Madhapur. From 2009-2014, He was the Village Vice-President of Ambedkar Yuvajana Sangam in Madhapur.
In 2016, Kumar elected as a Secretary of IHRC(International Human Rights Council), Telangana State Board Office. In 2020, Kumar was the President of Mala Aikyavedika, Hyderabad.
