Avula Ravinder Reddy

Avula Ravinder Reddy is an Indian politician belonging to the TRS Party. He is a prominent TRS leader with plenty of experience in the political field. He currently holds the designation “Balanagar 120th Division Corporator” of Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telangana. He strongly believes that a leader is someone who demonstrates what is possible. Ravinder Reddy, who has been in politics for over more than 20 years and is a loyal supporter of the people, has built a good reputation among the people.

Born&Education:

On 12th May 1971, Ravinder Reddy was born to the couple Venkatram Reddy and Varamma. He was raised in Warangal.

In 1988, Ravinder Reddy obtained his Board of Secondary Education at Zilla Parishad High School, located at Ippagudem. He acquired his intermediate at Babu Junior College, Lakdikapul. 

Professional Life:

Ravinder Reddy is a Businessman by his Profession. Prior to taking an active role in politics in 1992, he ran Ekashila Printer’s Business.

A Career in Politics:

Ravinder Reddy is deeply committed to social service and is constantly willing to contribute to the prosperity of the country. His passion to serve people prompted him to enter politics. He became involved in politics and began his political career as a Member of the Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) Party which is formally called as Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS).

He enthusiastically engaged in the party’s activities by contributing to every event as soon as he entered and established a mark for himself within a short period of time.

Ravinder Reddy contributed significantly to the party’s development by participating in every event. He was recognized as an active leader by party officials, who acknowledged his abilities to assist the public in whatever way possible at any given time as a party worker.

He is a politician who began his political career as a party activist and swiftly came to fame as a public leader via his service to the public. His humble service captured the minds of the people, hoping that they would connect with him.

His contribution to the well-being of the party and people impressed senior political leaders. As a result of this, he was eventually appointed the Kukatpally Municipality Treasurer and was credited for having successfully carried out the responsibility of being Kukatpally Treasurer.

Under the supervision of Ravinder, he did equal justice to the party and the people. The party’s high command praised his strategic and organizational abilities.

Because of his active participation, the authorities elevated him to the position of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Vice President from the BRS(TRS) party with the hope that he would continue to serve. He served effectively in the designation from 2009-2016.

In 2019, Ravinder Reddy who has been in politics for 20 years and has been a staunch supporter of the people was contested and elected as Balanagar’s 120th Division Corporator with a huge majority of 3900 votes and he currently working in the position.

Activities Performed Recently:

• Corporator Avula Ravinder Reddy Directed that the Development Works at Dil Kush Nagar, Kukatpally Circle’s Balanagar Division, be completed as soon as possible. He oversaw the construction activities of Dil Kush Nagar. On this occasion, the corporator stated that MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao is willing to spend any amount of funds for development works within the division and that development works such as roads and drainage are currently under construction and should be completed quickly with the MLA’s cooperation and made available to the public without any problems. This event was attended by GHMC AE Rashid, Assistant AE Kavitha, General Secretary Mohammad Jamil,BRS(TRS) party leaders Mandadi Sudhakar Reddy, Devulapalli Krishnamurthy, and others.
• To prevent the issue of drinking water during the summer, corporator Avula Ravinder Reddy met with water board authorities addressing the Balanagar division issues. The corporator directed the authorities on this occasion to guarantee that there were no difficulties with the provision of drinking water and to stick to the timetable.
• Residents of Navajeevan Nagar Colony in Kukatpally Circle Balanagar Division recently Presented Corporator Avula Ravinder with a Shawl for freeing the government park space for public use on the initiative of Honorable Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao and local Balanagar Division Corporator Avula Ravinder Reddy. This session was attended by colony president Arun Kumar and prominent leaders Ramesh Naidu, Sulochana Reddy, and Vangala Venkat Reddy.
• As part of the “Mana Basti Mana Badi Program”, a review meeting was conducted at Balanagar Government School with TSW IDC AE Prasad and School Principal Srikanth Reddy on the initiative of Corporator Avula Ravinder Reddy. It is primarily advised in this evaluation that the school provide required amenities such as repairs of electrical cables, lighting, fans, patchwork, and so on. This event was attended by local politicians Jakka Srinivas Rao and M. Sudhakar Reddy, as well as school instructors.
• Corporator Avula Ravinder Reddy, along with members of the colony association, Examined the shuttle court work being done at Kalyani Nagar under the Balanagar division of Kukatpally at a cost of 54 lakhs. On this occasion, the corporator instructed the employees to adhere to quality standards in their job, finish them quickly, and make them accessible to the public. • Ravinder Reddy, Corporator of Balanagar Division, stated that the division’s goal of constructing infrastructure in every colony is proceeding. With the assistance of Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao, he began construction of the top floor of the community hall in Cherabanda Rajunagar, Balanagar division, at a cost of 50.00 lakhs, together with the association’s members. The ceremony was attended by the president of Cherbanda Raju Nagar, Y. Yadagiri, the general secretary, Sagar, and the leaders Srinivas Raju and Devender Reddy.

Social Service:

• Balanagar Division Corporator Avula Ravinder Reddy expressed gratitude for the service efforts of GHMC employees concerned with the public welfare. He organized a special sanitizing campaign across the division. On this occasion, Corporator Ravinder Reddy stated that in view of the Coronavirus outbreak, sanitization was carried out on the order of State Municipal Minister KTR, with the assistance of Madhavaram Krishna Rao, Member of Legislator of Kukatpally Constituency, to prevent people from becoming infected with the virus. Along with him, Srinivasaraju, Rangampet Srinivas, Anand Reddy, and others took part in the program.
• Under the auspices of the NH Navajeevan Nagar Welfare Association in Balanagar division, Balanagar division corporator Avula Ravinder Reddy handed over necessary commodities to the impoverished. On this occasion, he said that it is commendable that the group has stepped forward to assist the poor and unemployed migrant worker families in Corona’s hard times. Participants in this session were Ramesh Naidu, President of the Colony Association T. Arun, General Secretary Raj Kumar, and others.
• Avula Ravinder Reddy, a Balanagar Corporator, said that “Gift a Smile” would help the handicapped. Minister KTR directed that Kukat Pally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao and MLC Naveen Rao deliver two-wheelers to five handicapped people in the division as part of the Gift a Smile initiative. The recipients were presented with shawls to express gratitude to the corporators Avula Ravinder Devender Reddy, Kandula Ramesh, Bhima Rao, and Surender Reddy for registering their names and providing them with automobiles.

Ravinder Reddy’s Contribution to the Public During the Pandemic:

• He provided financial and humanitarian support to those who were impacted by the lockdown during the first and second waves of Corona. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people who were in distress and offering further assistance to those who were harmed by the locking down.
• Ravinder Reddy came forward to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place and distributing Covid Kits to the members who were afflicted with the appropriate sickness while in their home quartine.
• An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distance and the need of taking precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
