Apka Gajendhar Yadav is an Indian Politician and current District Secretary of the Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) from Nirmal, Telangana. He is well known for his simplicity. He has always been a fighter for BC’s rights. Gajendhar Yadav was a dynamic leader who has great leadership values. He followed Simplicity, dedication, and Fairness throughout his Political Career.
Early Life and Education:
On 12th June 1967, Gajendhar Yadav was born to the couple Poshetty Yadav and Dhevubhai in Kuntala.
In 1981 Gajendhar Yadav obtained his Board of Secondary Education at Zilla Parishad high school college, located at Kuntala. He earned his Intermediate from Nizamabad Govt junior college in 1983. Later on, in 1985, Gajendhar Yadav attained his Graduation Degree(B.Sc) from OsmaniaUniversity, PG College Science Saifabad, Masab Tank, Hyderabad.
A career in Politics:
Gajendhar Yadav has been associated with the NSUI since 1985. The National Student’s Union of India(NSUI), the student wing of the Indian National Congress, was established on 09 April 1971. The organization was founded by Indira Gandhi.
Gajendhar Yadav was officially entered into Politics with the Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP). The Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) is a national-level political party in India that was formed to represent Bahujans(literally means “community in the majority”), referring to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes (OBC), along with religious minorities. The founder of the party is Kanshi Ram.
He has a long-lasting Career in the BC Sankshema Sangham. He fought tirelessly over tribal people’s issues. Gajender Yadav staged Dharnas, Rastarokos, and Dhikshas for BCs should be given equal rights in the society. His active participation in the Community, and struggle for the people’s welfare bring him to promote District Secretary of the Bahujan Samaj Party and he currently working in the position.
On the occasion of his appointment as District Secretary, Gajendhar said that he would work to the best of his ability with the aim of BSP party victory and swore that he would move forward with the aim of the party’s welfare. He extended his heartiest thanks to the party officials for electing him as the District Secretary.
Gajendhar Yadav, who has been in politics for more than 10 years and has been a staunch supporter of the people, was appointed as BC Sankshema Sangham State Vice President.
With the motive of the Guntur people, Gajendhar Yadav contested as MLA but unfortunately, he lost with a slight difference majority.

Telangana Movement:
The Telangana Movement refers to a movement for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India. The new state corresponds to the Telugu-speaking portions of the erstwhile princely state of Hyderabad. After several years of protest and agitation, the central government, under the United Progressive Alliance, decided to bifurcate the existing Andhra Pradesh state, and on 07 February 2014, the Union Cabinet unilaterally cleared the bill for the creation of Telangana. Lasting for almost a decade, this has been one of the most long-lasting movements in South India.
From 2001 to 2014, Gajendhar fought extensively in the Telangana agitation. He took part in Chalo Hyderabad, Vanta Varpu, dharnas, rasta rokos, protest programs, and rallies as part of the Telangana Movement.
Gajendhar Yadav’s Contribution to the Public During the Pandemic:
- He provided financial and humanitarian support to those who were impacted by the lockdown during the first and second waves of Corona. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people who were in distress and offering further assistance to those who were harmed by the locking down.
- Gajendhar Yadav came forward to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place and distributing Covid Kits to the members who were afflicted with the appropriate sickness while in their home quartine.
- An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distance and the need of taking precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.
- When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
- The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
