Anupalli Koteshwara Rao is a Member of the YSRCP Party. He was born on 04-06-1985 to Balakotaiah and Koteswaramma in Amudalabinne village.

He completed SSC from ZP high school, Chirala in 2000, and completed Intermediate from Sri Sai Comparative college, Kavali in 2012.

In 2016, He started his political journey with the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP).

He has a close connection with MLA’s. He was the Main Leader of the YSRCP party in the Kavali Constituency.

Koteshwara Rao is a Social Activist. He distributed Blankets, Fruits to the old-age home people, and financially helped to village people.

He cleared the issues of certificates in MRO, Collector office. Koteshwara Rao is a Party Activist. He participated in Election Campaigns in Kavali.

He distributed Masks, sanitizers, Vegetables, Rice to village people at the time of COVID-19 lockdown. He contested as Village President from the YSRCP party but lost.
