Ande Bhaskara Chary is an Indian Politician and Mandal Party President of Maha Mutharam from the Political Party TDP.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

On the 18th of September 1969, Bhaskara Chary was born to the parents of Narayana Ande and Anasuya in the Village of Borlagudem.

In 1987, He acquired his Schooling from ZP SS, Ghanpur (Mulugu), and Intermediate from Govt. Junior College, Parkal in 1990.

Later in 1994, He Studied ITI from ITI Govt. at Pedapalli and completed a bachelor of Degree from Kakatiya University (SDLC) in the years between 1996-1999.

CAREER IN POLITICS

With the continuation of his studies, In 1987, Bhaskara Chary joined the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), has been a Party Activist working all day for Party development and attending every scheduled Party meeting.

In 1989, As a Union General Secretary of Parkal Govt. College, he demonstrated his commitment to the Students by continuously working for their well-being, college development, and striving hard for their benefit of them.

He extended his service and work by being a Manthani Constituency Samanmaya Committee Member in 1994 by further enhancing his responsibilities, always thinking about their welfare, and garnered great respect from the populace.

In addition to his Political responsibilities, For his commitments and Trustworthiness towards the work in the year 1996, He worked as LIC Agent by developing, building, and always keep maintaining contacts with the clients with an experience of 25 years.

Constantly striving for the welfare of the People and expressing his feelings of service, he provided a kind of encouragement with a passion to serve the people as a District Organizing Secretary of Ummadi Karimnagar in 1999 where he executed his duties with extreme caution while carrying out the party’s initiatives.

He increased his work ethic by honorably receiving the position as the General Secretary of Viswa Karma Hakkula Porata Samithi by contributing to the betterment of society by doing his tasks effectively and according to its laws and regulations since 2001.

From 2001-2016, Bhaskara Chary worked as the Andhra Jyothi Reporter, and started rendering service for the betterment of the society, and got a brief overview of the problems faced by the people.

During the period of elections in 2003, He was contested for the position of ZPTC but lost the position with a just 500 Voting Percentage.

Mrs. Ande Sandhya Rani Bhaskara Chary was appointed as the MPTC between 2006-2013 and has been constantly working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the people.

Bhaskara Chary’s ongoing dedication and genuine diligence earned him as the TDP Mandal Party President of Maha Mutharam for the 4th term where he has worked tirelessly for the Party & people since 2009.

With great zeal and the desire to serve the people, In 2014, Bhaskara Chary contested for the position of ZPTC but however, he was defeated and lost the position.

During the 2018 election period, Bhaskara Chary campaigned for Village Sarpanch and Bhaskara Chary have been working as a Development Officer in Shriram Life Insurance since 2019

In the 2018 elections, He contested for the respectable position of MPTC from Regulagudem and simultaneously Mrs. Sandhya Rani Bhaskara Chary contested MPTC from Nallagunta and Minjaipeta to serve the people in a better way but for some unavoidable reason, their position has been vacated.

For his impressive performance during the course of his services, Bhaskara Chary was designated as the Ex-Sarpanch, MPTC, ZPTC United Forum District President of Jayashanka Bhupalapally and has been served in the position with gratitude and perpetually working hard for the well being of society since 2021.

From the beginning of his political career until the present, he has worked relentlessly for the welfare of the people, continuously fighting for the party’s and society’s growth, and giving desperate service to the society via the posts he has been assigned to.

ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN RECENTLY:

• He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated the blood for the needy people. He financially assisted the poor people in the village and helped them in all possible ways.
• He distributed fruits and medicines to the village’s unhealthy students and needy people. Conducted Annadhanam Program, which is served and satisfied many hungry people in his village.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, he will be at the forefront of the problem. He will assist those who come to him for help and provide the essential things that they require.
• He fought and solved the issues regarding house schemes, pensions, Ration cards, Health cards, and also the issue relating to Aadhar cards. 
• When there was an NTR, their village was declared as a zone. many dharnas were held saying that Borlagudem Mandal was wanted and till now they constantly striving for a new Mandal.
• He pointed out that the rates of petrol and diesel were annoying to the common man and that the government should immediately reduce their rates. Hold a dharna to bring Devadula project water to the villages.

DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES:

• He Participated in the Village development activities in the village like the clearance of Drainage systems and Solving water Problems.
• Conducted many party meetings and development activities for community development. He stood up for the poor and ensured the development of welfare. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
• Every Year he celebrates Freedom Fighters Birth anniversaries and distributes food packets to the villagers and also conducts Cultural and Traditional programs in the village.
• He accompanied many Mandal level party meetings in the town and also organized Party Membership Programs. Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY THE PARTY:

• He is constantly being fought over the People’s problems and petitions are being handed over to the concerned authorities. During Elections, he actively participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to win the party in his locality.
• TDP Party responsibilities and policies are explained to party activists and workers from time to time.
• As a party activist, he will be available to the people in the village at their difficult times.
• He played an active role and raised his voice to ensure welfare schemes for the poor people and helped them to survive their lives.
• Involved in student Dharnas and fought for issues like Fee Reiumbersemnt, 3 day Meals for Hostelers, and other student issues.
• They were demanded to distribute bus passes and health cards for the MPTC and Sarpanch for free of cost. The former sarpanches were asked to provide a house for free. Many social and welfare activities were performed under the NTR trust

DURING THE PANDEMIC, SERVICES WERE PROVIDED:

• He came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed Food item packets, vegetables to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially. To spread awareness about social distancing and follow precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic of Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
• As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the Covid period and looked after the people. He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
