Alli Rajender is the All India Coal Workers Federation National Secretary in the Mancherial District.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

Rajender was born on 10th May 1984 to the couple Mr Alli Raya Lingu and Mrs. Alli Ellamma in the village of Seetharampally of Naspur Mandal in Mancherial District in the Indian State of Telangana.

In 2000, Rajender acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Sri Bhagat Singh Vidya Mandir, located at Mancherial, and completed his intermediate studies aties studies from Government Junior CoCollege,,laced atMancherial,l in 2003.

Rajender graduated with a Bachelor os (B.A.A) from Kakatiya University in Mancherial.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER:

In continuing his education, Rajender became a Prprofessionaln 2003 as a sales executive at Andromeda Energy Technology Private Limited. On the other hand, he was handling the family responsibilities.

In 2008, Rajender joined the Singareni Collieries Company Limited and was employed as a professional person, enabling himself to take on his responsibilities at a young age while continuing his education on the one hand and performing his commitments.

For his determination, he was promoted by receiving the authority as a junior assistant by increasing his responsibility and continuing his service, thinking for the welfare of the people for the moment,,, and dealing with the activities for the development of society.

Later on, he joined the Singareni Collieries Employees Union (CITU) in 2017 to serve the people in all ways by working all the time for the welfare of humankind comprehensively.

In 2019, Rajender was appointed as the Mandamarri Branch Secretary of SCEU to serve the people in all ways by leading himself when they were in difficulty. His pure sense of humorurned him into a great man with humanity.

Shri Rajender has been entrusted with the prestigious role of National Secretary for the All India Coal Workers Federation, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey. This appointment reflects his steadfast commitment to advocating for the welfare of coal workers across the nation.

Activities Performed Recently:

Rajender has been struggling hard for the rights and reservations of the Singareni people to grant them loans, pensions, and other schemes that benefit their lives.
The Young Leader Momentum Award was presented to Alli Rajender in 2019 by Mrs… Hemalatha, President of CITU All India, during the Mahasabha, which was held in 2019.
Demonstrations, protests, and representations were made to resolve the issues that the union employees were experiencing.
General managers and other senior officers addressed challenges such as coal constraints and related concerns in the quarters.
The relief funds were gathered on behalf of the Union and distributed to the farmers in support of the farmers’ opposition to the agricultural legislation enacted by the Central Government.
Awareness programs were being held in the village for community development,,, anactivities required for expanding the community in the Society.
Vegetables, food, and other vital commodities were handed to the needy inhabitants of Singareni on behalf of the Union.

సింగరేణిలో పనిచేసే కార్మికులకు, కాంట్రాక్టు కార్మికుల సీఎంపీఎఫ్ సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించాలని సింగరేణి కాలరీస్ ఎంప్లాయిస్ యూనియన్ ఏరియా అధ్యక్షుడు వెంకటస్వామి మరియు కార్యదర్శి అల్లి రాజేందర్ డిమాండ్ చెయ్యడం జరిగింది.

విలేకరుల సమావేశం

సింగరేణి యాజమాన్యం లాభాలను తక్కువ చూపడం ఆశ్చర్యాన్ని కలిగిస్తుందని సింగరేణి కాలరీస్ వర్కర్స్ యూనియన్ (సీఐటీయూ ) రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షులు తుమ్మల రాజా రెడ్డి గారు పేర్కొన్నారు. ఏరియా లోని కేక్ సిపిఐ నందు నిర్వహించిన స్థానిక ప్రెస్ క్లబ్ విలేకరుల సమావేశం లో చర్చించడం జరిగింది

డిమాండ్

టిబిజికెఎస్ యూనియన్ ఇచ్చిన సమ్మె నోటిసులలో ఇతర డిమాండ్లు కూడా చేర్చాలని సీఐటీయూ నాయకులు డిమాండ్ చేసారు.

మెమొరాండం అందజేత

సెక్యూరిటీ సిబ్బంది సమస్యలు పరిష్కరించాలని సీఐటీయూ బెల్లంపల్లి ఏరియా కోఆర్డినేటర్ రాజేందర్ డిమాండ్ చేసారు. ఏ మేరకు ఏరియా సెక్యూరిటీ మేనేజర్ కు మెమొరాండం అందజేశారు. సెక్యూరిటీ సిబ్బంది నియామకాల్లో జాప్యం లేకుండా వెంటనే రిక్రూట్మెంట్ చెయ్యాలని వెంటనే నాణ్యత గల DM, PT , జంగిల్ బూట్లు ఇవ్వాలని నాణ్యతగల గరం కోట్లు ఇవ్వాలని కోరారు.

లోన్ ఇవ్వాలని డిమాండ్

సింగరేణి కార్మికులకు ఎవరి క్వార్టర్లు వారికీ ఇవ్వాలని లేదా సొంత ఇంటి పథకం కింద ఇంటి స్థలం కేటాయించి లోన్ ఇవ్వాలని సీఐటీయూ నాయకులు డిమాండ్ చేసారు.

కాళీ స్థలాలను కేటాయించాలని డిమాండ్

సింగరేణి కార్మికుల డిమాండ్లను పరిష్కరించాలని సీఐటీయూ ఆధ్వర్యంలో సీఎం కెసిఆర్ ఇచ్చిన హామీ మేరకు మారుపేర్లు సరిచేయాలని , డిపెండెంట్ల వయసు పెంచాలని , సింగరేణి కాళీ స్థలాలను ఇల్లు లేని కార్మికులకు కేటాయించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

51వ సీఐటీయూ ఆవిర్భావ దినోత్సవం సందర్బంగా రామకృష్ణాపురంలోని సింగరేణి కాలరీస్ ఎంప్లాయిస్ యూనియన్ (సీఐటీయూ ) ఆఫీస్ లో బ్రాంచ్ కార్యదర్శి అల్లి రాజేందర్ జెడ ఎగరవేశారు.

కార్మిక వర్గ పోరాటాలు

దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా రైతాంగ బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన మూడు చట్టాలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా గత నలభై రోజులుగా చేస్తున్న పోరాటం విజయవంతం కావాలని మోడీ ప్రభుతవమ్ విధానాన్ని భవిష్యత్తులో కార్మిక వర్గ పోరాటాలు విజయవంతం కావడం పైన ఆధారపడి ఉందని సింగరేణి కాలరీస్ ఎంప్లొఎస్ యూనియన్ అధ్యక్షులు తెలిపారు.
