Akula Mallikarjun

Akula Mallikarjun is an Indian Politician and current General Secretary of Jadhcerla Mandal of Mahbubnagar district from the Congress Party of Telangana State.

CHILDHOOD AND EDUCATION-

On the 15th of January, 1989, Mallikarjun was born to the couple, Mr Akula Chandraiah & Mrs Akula Parvathamma and raised in Lingampet Village of Jadcherla Mandal in Mahbubnagar District in the Indian State of Telangana.

In 2007, Mallikarjun obtained his Secondary Board of Education from Zilla Parishad High School, placed at Lingampet in Jadcherla and in 2009, completed his Intermediate course from Government Junior College, Jadcherla, Telangana.

In 2012, Mallikarjun obtained graduation with a degree from Dr Ambedkar College situated at Jadcherla of Telangana State.

CAREER IN PROFESSION-

Shortly after receiving his education qualification, Mallikarjun turned professional by setting up of his own business in Lingampet, and ever since he started, he has simultaneously handled his family’s Responsibilities.

CAREER IN YSRCP-

In 2013, Mallikarjun joined the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP), founded by currently designated Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and President of YSRCP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

From the date of joining, he has been working incredibly as a YSRCP Party Activist, working hard for the welfare of the people, constantly striving for the development of society, and has rendered desperate services to society.

His constant attention and pure dedication to service in the year 2013 led to his promotion to the Mandal President from YSRCP to promote the proper focus on the need for effective and comprehensive expansion in people by doing his part to overcome the hardships faced by the people till 2017.

In 2017, Mallikarjun commenced his Political career by joining the Indian National Congress Party (INC), which is ruling under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi.

He exposed his leadership skills by serving as the INC Party Activist and working all the time for the welfare of humankind comprehensively. As a part of INC, Mallikarjun expressed keen interest and performed every activity to recognise the respective party.

Mallikarjun was promoted as the Youth Congress General Secretary after receiving the authority and carrying out all operations as his commitment to the welfare of the people and by carrying out his complete compliance with a code of conduct and also for the benefit of the recognition.

Party Activities –

• Mallikarjun has actively participated in the Dharnas & Rallies organized by the Party. He engaged in the dharnas, Rallies & Hunger Strikes for the recognition of the respective party.
• During Elections, he actively participated in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to win the party in his locality.
• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the party’s growth, and he respectably accepted the work assigned by the higher authorities. He is wholly involved in sorting out the issues raised on any topic.
• Mallikarjun played a prominent role and actively participated in Foot March(Padayatra) along with Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy(The present Chief Minister of AP) all over the Constituencies to bring a special status to the party.
• He Participated in the Samaikyandhra Movement to prevent the state’s division–separating the state’s Telangana districts into a separate Telangana state.

Social Activities-

• Mallikarjun has performed many developmental programs and social activities for the welfare of the people. Many service activities were organized, such as food for orphaned children.
• Helped a lot financially for the migrant workers and the poor. Free meals were provided to orphans and the elderly each year.
• Every year on 8th-July-1949 & 2nd-September-2009, Mallikarjun visits orphan homes as it marks the birth anniversary of YS Rajashekara Reddy, the 14th chief minister of Andhra Pradesh who served from 2004 to 2009. and he delivers meals, fruits, and many more essential requirements for the orphans.
• He helped the death-affected family in the village by providing the bare essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during financial crises.

Pandemic Services:

• Mallikarjun distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
• Mallikarjun came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to those affected by the lockdown.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
• An awareness program has been conducted to spread awareness about social distancing and follow precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic of Corona.
• As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.
• He looked after the people and was constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone. He rushed to the hospital with the corona-affected people and admitted them by consulting the doctor.
