A.Narendra(Narendra Azad)

Andhra Narendra popularly known as Narendra Azad is an Indian Politician and current Samachara Hakku Parirakshana Samaikya Constituency President from Kuppam, Chittoor district.

Born and Education:

On 18th April 1995, Narendra was born to the couple Subramanyam and Nagamani in Chittoor.

In 2010, Narendra obtained his Board of Secondary Education at Vijay Vani high school, Kuppam. In 2012, He earned Intermediate from Govt junior college, Kuppam. Narendra acquired his Graduation(Degree) from Govt degree college in 2015. Narendra gets into his higher education with his Bachelor of Law(LLB). He is pursuing an LLB from Sri Chengal Hanumanthaiah law college, Karnataka.

A career in Politics:

Narendra joined the NSUI in 2011 as per the instructions of the District In-Charge. The National Student’s Union of India(NSUI), which is the student wing of the Indian National Congress, was established on 09 April 1971. The organization was founded by Indira Gandhi.

He was elected and served as Mandal President of Kuppam from NSUI and he fulfills his roles and responsibilities being Mandal President.

Narendra’s Struggle over Student Issues:

He began his social service after being inspired by liberation fighter Chandrashekar Azad. He has done Social Service in the Kuppam village along with Dr.Suresh Babu. Narendra played an active role in assisting people. He made movements against the injustice done to the students. He experienced a lot of struggle over student issues. Narendra along with party leaders has organized protest programs for the immediate release of Fee Reimbursement, and Scholarships. He has organized protest programs on demand of bus facilities for students, government issue notifications quickly, and protect the unemployed from suicide. He fought against housing illegal activities.

From 2015-to 2016, Narendra assisted people with Azad a resident of Kuppam. They fought to provide quality food and minimum facilities to hostel students.

In 2021, Narendra contested as Councilor from the Kuppam constituency but he lost the position with a slight difference majority.

Narendra organizes Blood Donation Camp, and Health Camp every Sunday in collaboration with Mataseva Trust, BRD Memorial Hospital.

The party officials appointed Narendra as Samachara Hakku Parirakshana Samaikya Constituency President from Kuppam, Chittoor district in recognition of his outstanding service and valuable contribution to the Society.

Social Service:

• Narendra is always at the forefront in giving his helping hand. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
• He conducts awareness of voting by telling that Exercising the right to vote is one of the most important duties of a citizen in a democracy. He motivates people by saying such things.
• During his reign, many development activities have been implemented such as laying roads, setting up water tanks, clearance of drainage issues, power supply, etc.
• On the occasion of Birth, Death Anniversaries of Dr.BR. Ambedkar conducted blood donation camp, eye camps.
• He engaged in programs like Palle Pragati, Harithaharam, and Swachh Bharath.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone by clearing the issues related to Water, Drainages, and every minute problem to the individual.
• He continues to fight for eradicating the idea of caste and religious differences in society and doing his part for human equality.
• Narendra and NSUI leaders have demanded that the government reduce petrol and diesel prices.

Narendra’s Contribution during the Pandemic-

–Narendra rendered his service even during the Covid Crisis. He gave his helping hand to the public as being an Active Leader.

-He provided financial and humanitarian support to those who were impacted by the lockdown during the first and second waves of Corona. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people who were in distress and offering further assistance to those who were harmed by the locking down.

-He came forward to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by distributing food and rice.

-An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distance and the need of taking precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.

-When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.

-The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
