I am Jaligam Rakesh, born on 20th April 1989 in Chintal village, Sangareddy District, Telangana. My life has never been confined to politics alone; it has been shaped by the struggles of ordinary people in bastis, the fire of the Telangana movement, and an unshakable belief that leadership means being present when people need you most.

From my early education at Meharsai High School and Royal Junior College in Chintal to graduation from Nova Degree College, every step taught me that knowledge must serve society. I built my professional foundation in real estate, not just as a business, but as a way to create jobs for youth, support self-employment for homemakers, and contribute to local infrastructure with ethics and responsibility.

The Telangana movement was my real political school. I stood in the front lines, faced lathi charges, endured arrests, and responded to KCR garu’s call with full conviction. For 18 years, I have carried the pink flag—not for positions or power, but for the people’s welfare, for Telangana’s dignity, and for a future where every basti resident feels secure and respected.

In Quthbullapur, my name has become a symbol of reliability. I fight daily for drainage, drinking water, roads, cleanliness, education camps, and health services—not through posters, but through direct action and household-level engagement. During COVID-19, when many stayed away, I walked among the people—distributing food, arranging oxygen and beds, sheltering migrants, and providing masks and financial aid. I have always believed that patriotism is not limited to national days; it is a daily practice. That is why the national anthem echoes every morning in several areas of Quthbullapur, reminding our youth of the pride and responsibility of being Indian.

Through my work, I have created thousands of jobs, empowered women with self-employment, and blended business with social investment so that progress reaches every corner of society. I remain committed to one principle: politics is service, not status. My loyalty is only to the people, to Telangana, and to the vision of a strong, united, and prosperous state.
