Gopu Ramana Reddy  met MLA Kishan Reddy Gangapuram and MLC Shri Ramchander Rao Naraparaju about the problems faced by retired and serving army men due to TRS government. It is unfortunate that the Telangana government after coming to power in 2014 passed a Jivo which affects the future of the children of retired and serving army men who came from other parts of the country and settled in Telangana. Defense is an integral part of the country and army men get frequent transfers every 2-3 years. Keeping in mind the better future of their children, they leave their children and families for their education and settlement. He sacrificed a lot for the country. Please think of the army soldiers who protect the country in the toughest conditions.

18th October 2017 – Gopu Ramana Reddy, President, Open NGO, visited “Mother’s Nest” Nursing Home at Neredmet. and food delivered and random blood sugar checked. On May 17, 2023, on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and World Hypertension Day, a Free Medical Camp was conducted at PM Jan Aushadhi Kendra Macha Bolaram Branch. The camp was organized by Gopu Ramana Reddy, BJP State Convener Ex-serviceman Cell, Malkajgiri Assembly Constituency, and provided free BP & Sugar check-ups along with the distribution of free medicines to 150 members. During the camp, the patients were also informed about the benefits of PM Jan Aushadhi.

On April 23, 2023, Mr. Gopu Ramana Reddy, the Former Serviceman, and President of Swachhand Sanstha, was the Chief Guest at the Rajput Seva Sangh event held at Geeta Function Hall in Arkee Puram, Hyderabad. He inaugurated the program with the lighting of the lamp, and 250 dignitaries attended the event.

On April 12, 2023, under the leadership of Gopu Ramana Reddy, a successful Free Medical Camp was conducted at the Malkajgiri PMBJAK premises, benefitting around 250 individuals who underwent BP and Sugar check-ups, providing early awareness of their medical status. The camp also distributed free medicines and sanitary napkins, emphasizing the significant discounts offered by PMBJAK, making healthcare more affordable for the common man. On March 7, 2023, the last day of Janaushadhi Diwas celebrations, a successful event was organized by Gopu Ramana Reddy, the BJP State Convener of Ex-Servicemen Cell and MD of 25 Janaushadhi Kendras, at PMBJAKS Panjagutta Branch near NIIMS Hospital. The event was graced by Chief Guest Shri G Kishan Reddy and Guest of Honour JT Director Drug Controller Dept of Telangana, along with Ex-MLA Khairatabad Chintala Ramachandra Reddy, BJP leaders, Ex-servicemen, and enthusiastic people.

About medicines in PM John Aushadhi Kendras. Children, parents and teachers were informed that medicines are available at 50 to 90 percent lower prices. All coordinator Ramanachari Dharmender John and others participated in the Program.

Under the leadership of the Presidents of Open Charity Gopuramana Reddy and Gopu Lakshmi, the children were explained about the medicines available in Prime Minister Jan Aushadhi Centers and the PM Jan Aushadhi pamphlet was also distributed and told to give it to adults at home.

Gopuramana Reddy and Gopu Lakshmi, the presidents of Open NGO, have distributed free Sanitary Pads to around 100 school girls at St. Teresa High School today as part of the free sanitary pads distribution program under the auspices of PM John Aushadhi Per Yojana. 12/12/17, OPEN NGO and Gottimukkula Akhil Goud Charitable Trust, Gottimukkula Srinivas Goud, JJ Multi Specialty Hospital organized a free mega medical camp for poor people to take health care role and get investigations and 2D echo with Dr. Prem Cardiologist Open NGO and during the camp OPEN NGO distributed medicine to 280 people during BP, sugar, 2D echo and free medicine distribution.

OPEN NGO President and BJP State Co-Convenor Ex-Serviceman Sel Gopu Ramana Reddy distributed free spectacles at Kalibari Temple in Neredmet, Secunderabad.

On 01 July 2018, in collaboration with Lions Club of Vivekanandapuram, a free medical camp was organized at Kalibari Temple, Neredmet under the direction of OPEN NGO President Gopu Ramana Reddy. The camp was supported by Poulomi Hospital and Solis Eye Care Hospital. More than 150 people availed the free services in the camp. OPEN NGO President Gopu Ramana Reddy distributed free medicines to all. Free glasses are also given to all after a week.

President of OPEN NGO, Gopu Ramana Reddy participated in the camp organized by Telangana State Legal Services Authority and City Civil Court Legal Cell Services Authority, Hyderabad. We organized a free mega medical camp in collaboration with Lions Club of Vivekanandapuram and Tulsi Hospitals. The program was inaugurated by Telangana State Governor Mr. ESL Narasimhan in the presence of Honorable Mr. Ramesh Ranganathan, Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Hyderabad and Mr. V. Ramasubramaniam, Judge of the High Court of Hyderabad.

On, 14 June 2018, we organized a free medical and eye camp at Ambedkar Bhavan, near Appral Bus Stop, Hyderabad Appral. The camp was inaugurated by Brig LS Vaz (retd) and actor Charan Naidu. BJP state co-convener ex-serviceman Gopu Ramana Reddy organized this medical camp in collaboration with Solis Eye Care Hospital and Poulomi Hospitals. More than 250 people have come to get facilities in the camp. 132 of them were prescribed spectacles and 15 required cataract operation. Various BJP leaders participated in this camp. Ramana Reddy Gopu contributes to cataract surgery by distributing free spectacles to them.

We distributed free spectacles to more than 80 people in Secunderabad Appral. On 7th June, free eye examinations were conducted and free glasses were distributed by OPEN NGO President Gopu Ramana Reddy.

On June 10, 2018, near Vinayak Nagar Road, Malkajigiri, Ex-Servicemen’s Cell organized a free mega medical camp under the leadership of BJP State Co-Convenor Gopu Ramana Reddy. More than 250 people have availed free consultations and eye check-up facilities and other services in the camp. Medicines were distributed free to all by OPEN NGO.

On June 07, 2018, Ex-Servicemen’s Cell, BJP State Co-Convenor Gopu Ramana Reddy organized a free mega medical camp near Ambedkar Status near Yapral Bus Stop Yapral. The medical camp was inaugurated by Mrs. Padmini Nagulapalli, Producer and Vice Chairman of TPFC. More than 250 people received free consultation and other services in this camp and free medicines were distributed to all by OPEN NGO.

On May 31, 2018, a free mega medical camp was organized under the leadership of BJP State Co-Convenor, Ex-Servicemen Cell and OPEN NGO President Gopu Ramana Reddy at Malkajigiri X Road, Malkajigiri. The camp was inaugurated by BJP Malkajigiri Assembly Constituency Convener Shri Srinivas Mudhiraj. The camp was organized in collaboration with Paulomi Hospitals and Solis Eye Care Hospital. In this camp more than 300 people received services like free consultation, eye tests etc. and free medicines were distributed to all by OPEN NGO.

On May 20, 2018, Open NGO by President Gopu Ramana Reddy conducted a free medical camp at Sri Sai Nagar Community Hall, Sri Sai Nagar Colony, Vinayak Nagar Division, Malkajigiri, Hyderabad. The camp was organized in collaboration with Paulomi Hospitals and Solis Eye Care Hospital, ECIL Roads. Services like BP, sugar, general, and eye checkups are available in the medical camp. Today, 06 May 2018, Gopu Ramana Reddy organized a Free Cardiac Camp in collaboration with Sunshine Hospitals at Guru Nanak High School, RK Puram, Secunderabad. The camp was inaugurated by MLC and BJP Hyderabad City President Mr. Naraparaju Ramchander Rao. Services like BP, Sugar, General Checkup, ECG, 2D Echo are available in the medical camp. More than 150 people availed the free services in this camp. Free medicines were distributed to all by Open NGO Gopu Ramana Reddy.

On 19 April 2018, the Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra was inaugurated by Mr. Kishan Reddy Gangapuram, MLA and BJP Floor Leader. The outlet is located at Barkatpura. Landmark – Opposite Geetha Clinic and Near Shalini Hospital. This is the 6th store opened by Open NGO President Ramana Reddy Gopu.

This is the 5th January Aushadhi Kendra Outlet launched under the auspices of Open NGO. Other outlets are at Trimulgheri, Yapral, Vinayakanagar and Uttamnagar.

Services like BP, sugar, general checkup, audiometry are available in the medical camp. More than 250 people got facilities in the medical camp and Open NGO President Gopu Ramana Reddy distributed free medicines to everyone.

On 8 April 2018, Open NGO participated in a free mega medical camp organized by Sanatnagar Lions Clubs at Amaravati High School, Sivakrishna Nagar, Yusufguda, Hyderabad. The camp was organized in collaboration with Apollo Sugar Clinic, Ma ENT Hospital, Uday Hospital and Maxivision Eye Hospital.

On 19 March 2018, our third Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi (PMBJK) outlet was inaugurated by BJP Telangana State President Mr. Dr. K Laxman, MLC and BJP Hyderabad City President Mr. Naraparaju Ramchander Rao and Ms. Pushpalatha Reddy, 137. Divisional Corporator. This outlet is located near Vinayakanagar Main Road, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad.

Srinivas, who was working as a reporter at TV9, met with an accident two years ago. TV9 and his colleagues extended their maximum support to him. At present he is unable to walk. He needs daily physiotherapy and regular medication and consultation. For this reason, Gopu Ramana Reddy, president of OPEN NGO and BJP state co-convener former serviceman Cell came forward to support him. TUWJ President Venkat Reddy and Malkajigiri TUWJ President Rayudu approached Gopu Ramana Reddy to come forward in support of Sri Srinivas. We went to his house and inquired about his health condition and gave him medicine.

11 March 2018. Participated in a free medical camp organized by Open NGO Ashwin Hospital, Neredment. The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Jagadish Goud, corporator of Malkajigiri. Open NGO by President Gopu Ramana Reddy distributed free medicines to more than 160 patients.

On 5/12/17, we met Hon’ble at Raj Bhavan where we represented and briefed about the implementation of CAP (Children of Armed Personnel) reservation to get reservation for MBBS, Engineering, admission to all students who have studied at least 5 years in TS. Dental and other graduation and post graduation courses, we request 5% CAP reservation for children of armed personnel.

On 16/11/17, Gopu Ramana Reddy participated and supported the International Day of Elderly organized by Department of Women, Children, Disabled and Senior Citizens of Medchal-Malkazgiri district.

On 12th November 2017, Gopu Ramana Reddy attended the Ex-Surveymen Rally organized by AOC Centre. I represented to Lt Gen RK Anand, SM, VSM, GOC General Officer Commanding, Southern Command, Pune regarding CAP (Children of Army Persons) reservation. I told how children of retired army men serving in engineering and medical colleges in Telangana are being denied seats because their parents were not born in Telangana. I have requested to allow CAP quota for children of servicemen irrespective of their domicile. I have also requested to give house tax exemption to ex-servicemen residing in cantonment area. Lt Gen RK Anand ji, SM, VSM promised to listen to all the issues and take up the issues with the Telangana Government.

On 22 September 2017 Open NGO President & BJP State Co-Convenor Ex-Serviceman Cell Gopu Ramana Reddy organized a free medical camp at Rajiv Griha Kalpa, Primary School, Annojiguda, Pocharam Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajigiri District, with the support of AR Vidya Sangam. And the Star Hospital team, around 355 people are being treated with research. Open NGO distributed free medicines to patients.

On 29/8/2017 he received the Mother Teresa Award 2017 organized by Surya Chandra Foundation from Hon’ble EX Governor K Rosaiah, former Governor of Tamil Nadu and former Chief Minister of joint AP.

Organization for Poor Economic and Needs (OPEN) organized a free medical camp in association with Prem Multi-Specialty Hospital at Telanana Sport School, Hakimpet, Tumukunta village, Medchal district. About 500 students are getting good results in this camp.

Organized free cancer screening camp with research with Omega Hospital and free medicine distributed by OPEN NGO Foundation in collaboration with Omega Hospital Banjara Hills. Chief guest MLC N Ramachandra Rao was present.

 Malla Reddy Narayana Super Specialty Hospital is conducting a free Mega Medical Camp with Swarna Bharat Trust, the NGO has distributed free medicines to the patients. Around 500 people have benefited from this camp.
