Marneni Phanender is an Indian Politician of the BJP Party and Habsiguda Division Incharge in Medchal Malkajgiri District, Telangana.

CHILDHOOD AND EDUCATION:

On the 25th of October 1979, Phanender was born to the couple Mr. Marneni Ramesh and Mrs. Marneni Vasundara in Nizamabad District, Telangana and resided at Uppal in Medchal Malkajgiri District in the Indian State of Telangana.

In the year 1993, Phanender obtained his Secondary Board of Education from Kakatiya High School located at Nizamabad and completed his Intermediate course from Kakatiya Junior College placed at Nizamabad in 1996. He attained his Graduation from GRAMIT from PadamaraoNagar, Secundrabad in 1999.

Professional Life:

Soon after completing his education, Phanender began his professional career by establishing Sri Sai Medicure Diagnostics in Uppal in 2000 and providing exceptional medical diagnostic services.

CAREER IN POLITICS:

Phanender’s early exposure to politics sparked a lasting interest, and now he serves as a politician in the interest of improving others accomplish their goals.

In the year 2010, Phanender turned into a politician by joining the Telangana Joint Action Committee(TJAC) to provide more services as a Chairman of the Uppal Division by continuing his duties and serving people all the way.

His ongoing dedication and proper attention gained him the position of Co-Chairman of the Uppal Constituency in 2012, and he has since served the welfare of society by carrying out his duties properly and by the rules and regulations.

Having had a great conviction of service from childhood, Phanender desires to provide all of the services to the people in attainment. Having been inspired by Mr. Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, Phanender officially turned into a politician by joining the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) on the 28th of December 2013, eventually rising to become its Leader.

He takes a decent interest in the Party and engages proactively in every activity, performing out of his responsibilities in compliance with a code of conduct and for the benefit of the party’s publicity.

To better assist the people of Rangareddy District, Telangana, he accepted the position of Mazdoor Morcha District General Secretary from the BJP in 2014.

After acquiring the authority and carrying out all activities of his devotion to the welfare of the people and his complete compliance with a code of conduct, Phanender was elevated to the position of BJP Mazdoor Morcha State Joint Convener of Telangana in 2018.

He continues to serve the people and maintains their trust by prioritizing their immediate concerns and the performance of the Party.

He earned the people’s admiration by holding out the commitments, obligations, and powers assigned to him. As a result, he was honored as the Habsiguda Division Incharge of BJP in 2021. He has served many people through his kind heart by carrying out the tasks assigned to him and earning the people’s responses.

CAREER IN THE COMMUNITY:

He had a strong ambition to engage in public service at an early age. Phanender has served in the service since he was a child. While pursuing his education, he has participated in several service initiatives.

His continuing commitment and genuine attention earned him the position of Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Committee Convener of Uppal Division in 2017, to facilitate the smooth practice of the 10-day Ganesh festival in Bhagyanagar (Hyderabad), and he also plays the most crucial role in promoting the immersion of the Ganesha idols across multiple locations around the city on the final day.

He garnered the admiration of the whole society by supporting people in need. His early involvement in social work earned him a reputation as a well-educated person.

In 2018, Phanender received the Uppal Zone President of Sabarimala Ayyappa Seva Samajam (SASS) and assisted the Ayyappa devotees in their pilgrimage to Sabarimala, imparting dharmic values to them and their families, and bringing them together to advance the ambitious goal of Hindu unity.

He is the first responder to everyone who needs help in the region surrounding him. He continues to benefit society by supporting those who seek help without hesitation.

His everlasting dedication and hard work gained him the role of Uppal Sahasamyojak for the Ayodhya Ram Mandir Nidhi Sekarana Program in 2021, to construct the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya at Shri Ram Janmbhoomi.

CAREER IN SOCIAL LIFE:

With the sole intention of supporting people in any manner possible, in the year 2022, his desire to work and involvement in all activities led him to establish MVR Charitable Trust to spread his services to all levels of society by acting as the Organization’s Founder.

Even as Phanender extended his commitments by accepting prestigious positions, there was no shortage in offering services to the public by meeting the needs of everyone who came to him for assistance.

AS A TELANGANA ACTIVIST:

Phanender was a Telangana Activist, During Telangana Movement, Phanender played an active role and fought for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India.

He participated in many social Programs and involved in Million March, Bike Rallies, and Dharan’s to form Telangana as a Separate State.

Active Participation during the Telangana Movement:

• During a speech at the gathering of the Telangana Integral Medical Forum, Srinivasa Rao stated that the participation of medical professionals in the Telangana movement was evidence of their dedication to Telangana.
• According to Srinivas, the state chairperson of the Telangana Integral Medical Forum, the passing of Professor Jayashankar, considered to be the “Father of the Telangana country,” is a tragic loss for the people of Telangana.
• The Telangana Integral Medical Forum Committee believes that the formation of the Telangana state could only occur through the implementation of various initiatives. It was resolved that coordinated efforts should be made toward the establishment of the state. The decisions that were reached at the committee meeting were publicly disclosed by the delegates. Participation in the movement for state success is mandatory for all medical departments, as stated in the request. As a component of this initiative, it was stated that free medical camps would be hosted across the Telangana region to provide services to the low-income population thereof.
• During the Telangana Kadam Padayatra, which was organized from Serilingampalle to Yadagirigutta-Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, the Padayatra(Foot March) was organized, and wall posters were unveiled by naming the success of the Telangana Kadam Padayatra by the Uppal Constituency Radha Krishna at the Gandhi Statue in Uppal.
• Kodandaram and others previously appealed to the leaders of Telangana Buduga Jangala Aikasa, pleading with them to contribute to the growth of Buduga Jangal castes in the soon-to-be-formed state of Telangana. In a petition that was submitted by leaders of the Buduga Jangala Ikasa from Uppal and Kodandaram, Phanender served as the group’s leader. The petition requested for a unique funding allotment to be reserved for the development of Buduga Jangalas in a state all to itself.
• Socially and politically, Budaga Jengas will only advance when they take an active part in the Telangana movement, according to Nalla Radhakrishna, convener of the Uppal TJAC. The Uppal TJAC office served as the location for the organization of the Budaga Jengala Avirbhava Sabha. At the gathering that occurred at Gaganam Tirupathaiya Adviryam, the chief guest was Nalla Radhakrishna, who operates as the General Secretary of the Budaga Jendala Welfare Association, Uppal Circle.
• Phanender claimed that before convening in Telangana Seemandra, Gopanna proceeded to Bhadradri as a Tehsildar under the Nizam administration and began building a temple. He fiercely denied the contentious statements about Bhadrachalam. Some Seemandhra leaders who could not endure to view it stated “ that it is not appropriate to make a fuss over Bhadrachalam and Hyderabad in the Telangana region to gain political benefit. This was in response to the selfless declaration of perfect Telangana by Congress leader Sonia Gandhi. Under any circumstances, Bhadrachalam and Hyderabad are two strongholds that cannot be surrendered. Telangana’s achievement of ten districts is a testament to the sacrifices made by Telangana’s martyrs. He suggested that even at this late stage, the leaders of Seemandhra should bring an end to their disagreements in Hyderabad and Bhadrachalam and make an effort to get together if they are geographically separated.
• The convener of the TJAC for the Uppal constituency, Nalla Radhakrishna, stated that the Delhi Sansad yatra would be a funeral march for the Congress administration. To ensure the success of the Chalo Delhi Sansad Yatra, a rally was planned and executed from Ramanthapur Public School to the TV studio under the direction of the chairman of the Ramanthapur JAC, G. Laxman, and the convener, B. Venkatachari.
• Uppal Constituency Despite the success of the Delhi Satyagraha Deeksha, the TJAC Convenor Nalla Radhakrishna has urged that the Congress administration open its senses and return Telangana to the Congress party. Members of the Uppal TJAC leadership and workers who had traveled to Delhi to take part in the Sansad Yatra were hailed with a positive welcome at the Secunderabad Railway Station.
• Nalla Radhakrishna made the allegation that the rulers of Seemandhra are to blame for the fact that educated individuals are now lacking employment in the Telangana region and have snapped up employment as casual laborers. According to him, the formation of the state of Telangana is the only way that educated people will indeed have a chance to find pay and workplace possibilities. It is conceivable for educated and united individuals to get employment in Telangana.
• Greater Hyderabad TJAC convener Nalla Radhakrishna Yadav claimed that every youngster in Telangana should look forward to Vishwajeet from Uppal, who achieved the rank of 205 in the civil service examination. JAC leaders paid their respects to Vishwajeet at his home in Uppal Sri Nagar Colony by presenting him with bouquets and extending their congratulations.
• Under the leadership of Uppal Assembly Constituency Chairman Nalla Radhakrishna and Chiliveru Satyanarayana, pamphlets for the Chilukanagar JAC Avirbhava Sabha were disseminated. • JAC Chairman Kansani Sathi Reddy officiated over a meeting of JAC chief workers that happened in the Uppal JAC office. • A fund-raising drive has been announced for the construction of a holy Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. As part of the construction of an unprecedented Sri Rama Mandir in Ayodhya, he, along with his party members helped raise funds for the entire city.
• Sainath Gandhi, a resident of Oldmeerpet, Mallapur, took his own life by pouring gasoline on his body after being dissatisfied with the fact that Seemandhra Sarkar’s reign would not result in the formation of Telangana. Gandhi passed away while receiving medical care at the hospital. Following this, the deceased person’s corpse was transported to his residence in Mallapur Oldmeerpet, where it was preserved for supporters of Telangana to see. Telangana supporters from the surrounding area who were made aware of the situation got around in big numbers and paid their respects.
