I, Chinagani Narasimha Yadav, born on 1st August 1976 in Maddannagaripalli village, Mudigubba Mandal, son of Shri Vengappa and Smt. Laxmamma, greet you with deep respect and gratitude. Raised in a simple rural family, I learned early the values of hard work, compassion, and service to society – lessons that continue to guide every step of my life.

My education—from ZPHS Enumulavaripalli, Government Junior College Anantapur, STSN Degree College, M.A. Sociology from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, to B.Ed. from Saraswathi Educational College—gave me the knowledge and strength to serve the people more meaningfully.

From teaching Telugu, Hindi, and Social Studies to working as Community Basic Teacher and Social Technical Organiser, my early career was dedicated to grassroots education and community mobilisation. Since 2003, I have been associated with the Rural Development Trust (RDT), where my deep love for nature and environment led to my appointment as Ecology Sector Team Leader.

Through RDT, I have focused on planting trees, building check dams, percolation tanks, renovating ponds, promoting drip and solar irrigation, and supporting dairy farming for women’s self-reliance. Alongside my brother’s tenure as Sarpanch of Kondagattupalli Major Panchayat covering 12 villages, I actively supported CC roads, street lights, drinking water, tanks, toilets, and massive tree plantation drives.

The village development earned my brother the “Best Social Worker” award, a proud moment for our family’s service. During the COVID-19 crisis, I worked day and night distributing food, masks, sanitizers, fruits, vegetables, and awareness materials, earning the “COVID Warrior Award” from a Central Minister. Helping people in distress is my true nature – whenever anyone approached me in need, I responded immediately with support and guidance. I have always believed that social responsibility must be cultivated in every individual to drive personal and community progress.

Through the Rural Development Trust, I continue to work for ecological restoration, women’s empowerment, youth engagement, and sustainable village development. This website is my humble platform to share our journey, our achievements, and our ongoing commitment to a greener, healthier, and more prosperous Anantapur and Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life and Family Background
Chinagani Narasimha Yadav was born on 1st August 1976 in Maddannagaripalli village, Mudigubba Mandal, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh. He is the son of Shri Vengappa and Smt. Laxmamma, belonging to a humble rural family that instilled in him strong values of hard work, community service, and respect for nature from a young age.

Educational Qualifications of Chinagani Narasimha Yadav
Narasimha Yadav completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 1991 from Zilla Parishad High School, Enumulavaripalli, laying a solid academic foundation. He pursued and successfully completed his Intermediate education at Government Junior College, Anantapur.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Sri Tai Surya Narayana (STSN) Degree College. Further advancing his education, he obtained his Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. In 2004, he completed his Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Saraswathi Educational College, equipping himself with pedagogical skills alongside his passion for social and environmental work.

Personal Life
Narasimha Yadav is happily married to Smt. C. Narayanamma, who serves as a Health Assistant in the Health Department. They have two children: their daughter Manasa Veena Yadav and son Tarun Sai Yadav.

Professional Career of Chinagani Narasimha Yadav
From 1999 to 2000, Narasimha Yadav worked in the teaching profession, imparting knowledge in Telugu, Hindi, and Social Studies subjects. Between 2000 and 2002, he served as a Community Basic Teacher at the village level, directly contributing to grassroots education. From 2002 to 2010, he held the position of Social Technical Organiser, where he focused on community mobilisation and development initiatives.

Career Transition to Social Activism and Environmental Protection

Shri Narasimha Yadav has always harboured a deep passion for environmental conservation and nature protection. As a dedicated nature lover, he has been actively involved in various ecological activities, including planting seedlings, groundwater augmentation, construction of check dams, percolation tanks, and renovation of old ponds.

Since 2003, he has been associated with the Rural Development Trust (RDT), where his special interest in environmental issues led to his appointment as Ecology Sector Team Leader. In this role, he has spearheaded numerous initiatives for ecological restoration and sustainable rural development.

Whenever anyone approached him in need, he responded immediately and provided assistance. He cultivated social responsibility among people, guiding them toward development. Shri Narasimha’ s brother served as Sarpanch of Kondagattupalli Major Panchayat in Mudigubba Mandal, Dharmavaram Constituency, covering 12 villages. Shri Narasimha actively supported his brother by overseeing all necessary works, including CC roads, street lights, drinking water supply, water tanks, and toilet construction. He resolved village issues promptly and guided people toward development. With the aim of increasing greenery in the 12 villages, he planted numerous trees.

Impressed by the village’s development, officials awarded his brother the title of “Best Social Worker“. During the COVID-19 crisis, Shri Narasimha rendered extensive services to villagers, including distributing flex boards and pamphlets to raise awareness about corona prevention. His services were recognized when a Central Minister honored him with the “COVID Warrior Award“.

• Narasimha Yadav has undertaken practical development works in villages, such as digging canals and iron pits, ploughing sloping lands to prevent erosion, and carrying out desilting (dredging) activities in ponds to improve water storage capacity and irrigation efficiency.
• Under the guidance of RDT Directors and as Ecology Sector Team Leader, Shri Narasimha Yadav has participated in several impactful environmental and community programs:
• In Singana Guttapalli village (Paddappur zone), as part of the Village Beautification and “Intinta Chettu – Urantha Vanam” programme, street plants were planted and nurtured, leading to lush greenery and enhanced village aesthetics. Villagers of Maddannagaripalli expressed gratitude to RDT for this transformative effort.
• In Pothula Nagepalli village (Dharmavaram zone), a Bhoomi Pooja was organised for a Rp.50 lakh project, attended by local legislator Shri Kethireddy Venkataramireddy, RDT Directors (including Shri Nageshwar Reddy, Narasimha Yadav, Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy), company representatives, public leaders, government officials, and villagers. The event was praised for its long-term benefits.
• In the Bathalapalli zone, RDT organised a land worship for the construction of a road-cum-causeway across the Chitravati River benefiting 11 villages, with an investment of ₹50 lakh. The ceremony was attended by Hon’ble Dharmavaram Constituency MLA Shri Kethireddy Venkataramireddy, public representatives, officials, RDT leaders, and Shri Narasimha Yadav.
• As part of the “Jagannanna Pachatoranam” programme, avenue plantation was carried out from Bukkarayasamudra to Devarakonda Gudi, with chief guests including Constituency MLA Smt. Jonnalagadda Padmavati, MPDVO Madam, and RDT representatives.
• In Venkatampalli village (Narpala zone), under the Gram Panchayat Sarpanch, plants were distributed door-to-door, planted, and the importance of greenery was explained to villagers, with participation from secretariat staff, revenue officials, and local residents.
