Swachanda Prasad

Swachanda Prasad is the Founder & Chairperson of the Swachanda Blood Donors Organization and State President of Nursing Samkhema Sangham(APNSS) at Guntur.

He was born on 19th October 1988 to Nageswara Rao & Rangamma in Guntur District.

In 2003, Swachanda Prasad finished his Schooling at Majeti Guravaiah High School and Completed Intermediate from 2004-2006 at Hindu College, Guntur.

He attained Graduation from Hindu College in Guntur and a Master of Arts from Acharya Nagarjuna University in the year 2011.

Swachanda Prasad completed his education with the LLB(Bachelor of Legislative Law) from A.C(Andhra Christian) college of law located in Guntur.

Swachanda Blood Donors Organization:

Since childhood, Swachanda Prasad shows a keen interest in social service and he participated in every activity conducted in his educational institutes. His Passion made him establish an organization at Guntur in the year 2010 and named it Swachanda Blood Donors Organization.

The purpose of this organization is to “Donating Blood is a small Act Of Kindness but it does Great and Big Wonders”. He organized many blood camps nearby and at far places and donated blood for the needy people.

As the founder of the organization is Swachanda Prasad, he is serving as the chairperson for the Swachanda Blood Donors Organization since 2010.

Parallelly Swachanda Prasad started service in Nursing Sankshema Sangam in 2008 and in the year 2020, Swachanda Prasad registered  Nursing Sankshema Sangam(APNSS) of his own and elected as Honorable State President of Andhra Pradesh Nursing Student Federation(APNSF). Swachanda Prasad also served as District Staff Reporter for Namasthe Janashakti daily Newspaper.

Recent Activities

• He organized the blood camps and medical camps, checkups in the village and helped nearly 3500 members by distributing medicines, and other essential things to the people and also he donated blood for the needy people.
• Swachanda Prasad conducted awareness programs in colleges and motivates them for their bright future.

• Swachanda Prasad financially assisted the poor people in the village and also helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• He distributed vegetables and fruits to the un-healthy students and needy people in the village.
• Distributed Books, pads, and Stationary things to High School Students and motivates them to score high marks.
• Swachanda Prasad provided his financial support to the poor people in the village and also donated a certain amount to the merit students for their higher education.
• Distributed food and clothing to the Orphan Children and helped them by donating a certain amount whenever required.
• He financially contributed to the development of hostel Infrastructures such as benches, chairs, tube lights, beds, fans, and many more.
• Swachanda Prasad fought for the issues of nursery and organized many awareness programs on the importance of plants to the students and for villagers.
• He Stood up for students who are doing nursing.
• Swachanda Prasad fought on every issue related to nursing and solves them within time.
• He fought and solved the issues like pensions, Ration cards, Health cards, and also the issue relating to Aadhar cards for villagers.

Services during Pandemic Covid-19:

• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
• Swachanda Prasad financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.
• During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them.
• Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.
• Swachanda Prasad distributed vegetables, fruits, and essential things in the covid-19 lockdown period.
• Distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, Migrants, needy ones, and Municipality workers in the Covid-19.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
• To spread awareness about social distancing to and follow precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic in Corona an awareness camp was held in the village.
• Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
• During the time period of Corona, Swachanda Prasad fought over the issues of the Corona Warriors and problems they faced and he also held dharnas for them.
