In 2004, inspired by the Telangana movement and the leadership of Shri. Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao and Smt. Kalvakuntla Kavitha, Dr. Srikanth Goud joined the movement by aligning himself with Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) with complete dedication towards
Telangana’s self-respect and identity.

He actively worked in Telangana Rashtra Samithi Vidyarthi Vibhagam (TRSV) and participated in several agitation programs related to student rights and Telangana statehood. During those years, he travelled extensively, connected with youth, organized meetings, and
helped strengthen the movement at the grassroots level. His ability to motivate students and youth made him one of the active young faces associated with the movement.

Strengthening TRSV and Student Movement as TRSV District Incharge -(2004-10)
Between 2004 and 2010, Dr. Srikanth Goud served as District Incharge of TRSV for the Joint Warangal District. He played a key role in mobilizing students and strengthening the Telangana movement among youth across the district.

His leadership style was always close to the cadre. Instead of limiting himself to meetings and speeches, he worked directly with students at the ground level. He organized awareness programs, agitation activities, and movement campaigns that gave momentum to the Telangana cause.
