I, Nannapaneni Tarish, am a dedicated public servant, entrepreneur, and committed political leader from the historically significant town of Chilakaluripet, Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh. Born on the 5th of May, 1990, I was raised under the loving and principled guidance of my father, Shri Nannapaneni Srinivasa Rao, and my devoted mother, Smt. Nannapaneni Dwaraka Devi.

I commenced my academic journey at Chaitanya School, Chilakaluripet, and furthered my education at Chaitanya Junior College before earning my Bachelor of Technology degree from LITAM College of Engineering. As a business entrepreneur and contractor, I have successfully executed numerous projects, contributing to the economic development of my region while deepening my understanding of the people’s aspirations and challenges.

In the year 2008, I took the most defining step of my life by formally joining the Telugu Desam Party, guided not by personal ambition but by a sincere desire to serve the people of Chilakaluripet and its surrounding areas. Over 18 dedicated years with the Telugu Desam Party, I have remained an unwavering and loyal member, committed to the party’s vision of inclusive development, good governance, and the welfare of the Telugu-speaking people.

I had the honour of serving as Vice President of the Telugu Desam Party from 2009 to 2014, during which I worked tirelessly to strengthen the party’s connection with the grassroots and to address the genuine concerns of the people.

Subsequently, I served as General Secretary of the Telugu Desam Party from 2015 to 2019. As the Telugu Yuvatha Leader for Palnadu District, I have committed myself fully to addressing community challenges, organising developmental initiatives, and fostering unity among the residents of my region. My journey in public life has been guided at every step by the principles of transparency, accountability, and a people-first approach that places the welfare of the common man above all else.

Nannapaneni Tarish was born on the 5th of May, 1990, in the historically significant and vibrant town of Chilakaluripet, into a respectable and values-driven family. He was raised under the loving guidance of his father, Shri. Nannapaneni Srinivasa Rao and his devoted mother, Smt. Nannapaneni Dwaraka Devi, who together instilled in him the core principles of discipline, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility towards society.

Growing up in Chilakaluripet, Tarish was deeply influenced by the social and cultural fabric of his community. From a young age, he demonstrated a strong sense of empathy towards the people around him and a natural inclination towards leadership and public engagement.

Nannapaneni Tarish commenced his education at Chaitanya School in Chilakaluripet, where he completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC), laying a strong foundation for his scholarly endeavours.

He subsequently pursued his Intermediate education from Chaitanya Junior College, Chilakaluripet, further enhancing his academic acumen and broadening his intellectual outlook.

Driven by ambition and a forward-looking vision, Tarish earned his prestigious Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from LITAM College of Engineering, equipping himself with advanced technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving that would prove invaluable in both his professional and public life.

Nannapaneni Tarish was elected as the Vice President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and served with distinction from 2009 to 2014. During his tenure, he demonstrated committed leadership, actively supported party operations, and worked sincerely towards the welfare of the people and the strengthening of the party at the grassroots level.

General Secretary, Telugu Desam Party — 2015 to 2019
Nannapaneni Tarish was appointed as the General Secretary of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and served earnestly from 2015 to 2019. In this capacity, he efficiently managed party affairs, coordinated organisational activities, and upheld the party’s policies and principles with utmost dedication and accountability.

Continued Service to the People & Party
Nannapaneni Tarish earnestly sought the position of District President of the Telugu Desam Party; however, the designation was conferred upon another leader owing to prevailing caste considerations. Despite this setback, Tarish demonstrated remarkable resilience, maturity, and unwavering commitment by choosing to continue serving the people of his village and constituency without bitterness or hesitation. He remained steadfastly loyal to the Telugu Desam Party, never wavering in his trust, dedication, and devotion to the party’s vision and the welfare of the people he so sincerely represents.

Involvement in Party Activities

Former Minister and MLA Shri. Pratipati Pullarao stated that the Kondaveedu Festival was previously organised in February 2019 under the leadership of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, and that after all these years, they have once again launched the celebrations. As part of the promotional activities for Kondaveedu Fest 2026, Shri. Pratipati Pullarao participated in a 2K Run organised in Chilakaluripet town.
