Founder & State Pressident of Piramalai Kallar Samkshema Sangam, Chittoor, Palamaner, Andhra Pradesh

I Chinnaswamy Eswar Thevar, a grassroots leader committed to the ideals of social justice, equity, and community empowerment. Born and raised in the rural heartland of Rayalapeta Village in Chittoor District, my life journey has been deeply shaped by the values of integrity, perseverance, and collective welfare instilled by my parents.

From an early age, I developed a strong sense of responsibility towards society and a determination to serve those in need. My educational and professional experiences, though modest, laid the foundation for resilience, practical wisdom, and a deep understanding of grassroots realities.

In 2016, I founded the Piramalai Kallar Samkshema Sangam with a clear vision to uplift and empower marginalized communities. As the Founder and State President, I have dedicated myself to advocating for the recognition and rights of the Piramalai Kallar community. My mission has been to secure justice, dignity, and equal opportunities through constitutional means and collective action. I have consistently engaged with policymakers, stakeholders, and the public to ensure that the voices of the underrepresented are heard.

During times of crisis, particularly the COVID-19 pandemic, I stood at the forefront to serve society. From facilitating medical assistance and hospital access to organizing food distribution and essential supplies, my efforts were driven by compassion and urgency. I also ensured dignified last rites for those who were abandoned, reflecting my belief in humanity above all.

My initiatives extended to supporting healthcare workers, distributing protective equipment, and contributing personal resources to help those in distress.
