Tolkanti Prakash Goud is the MLA(Member of Telangana Legislative Assembly) of the TRS Party in Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy.

He was born in 1962 to Late Tolkanti Gandaiah Goud in Mailardevpally, Rajendra Nagar. He has completed his Primary Education. He was doing his own Business.

Prakash Goud started his political journey with the Telugu Desam Party. He was the leader of the TDP. 

From 2009-2014, Prakash Goud was the MLA of the TDP in Rajendra Nagar. From 2014-2018, He was again selected as an MLA of TDP in Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy.

Prakash Goud joined the TRS Party. he was the leader of the TRS Party. In 2018, he was the MLA(Member of Telangana Legislative Assembly) of the TRS Party in Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy, Telangana.
