I am Nalvala Kurumaiah, a passionate advocate for the upliftment and empowerment of my community. Born and raised in the serene village of Kondraopally in Nagarkurnool District, Telangana, my journey is a testament to the values of perseverance, integrity, and service. From humble beginnings at Zilla Parishad High School to pursuing higher education in Chemical Engineering, I have always believed in the transformative power of education and hard work. As an entrepreneur, I have strived to foster economic growth and prosperity through NR Associates, where our commitment to excellence and integrity has earned the trust of clients and stakeholders alike. However, my true calling lies in public service and political leadership. Inspired by the ideals of compassion and social justice, I have dedicated myself to serving the people, whether through my involvement in grassroots initiatives, humanitarian endeavors, or my active participation within the Indian National Congress. My aspiration to contest as a Member of Parliament for Nagarkurnool is not merely a pursuit of personal ambition but a solemn commitment to represent the hopes, dreams, and aspirations of every individual in my constituency.

Early Life and Academic Achievements:

Nalvala Kurumaiah, hailing from the village of Kondraopally in Nagarkurnool District, Telangana, was born on March 5, 1982, to Nalvala Sriramu and Nalvala  Saroja. A dedicated family man, he is happily married and blessed with a daughter named Rithwika. 

His academic journey commenced at Zilla Parishad High School, Kondraipally, where he completed his SSC standard in 1998. Continuing his pursuit of knowledge, he completed his Intermediate education at APSWRS, JP Nagar, in 2004. Demonstrating a fervent commitment to education, Kurumaiah obtained his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from a prestigious institution in Anantapur in 2009. 

Entrepreneur Extraordinaire at NR Associates

Nalvala Kurumaiah is a prominent figure in the entrepreneurial landscape, serving as the driving force behind NR Associates. Under Kurumaiah’s astute guidance, NR Associates has emerged as a trusted hub for vendors seeking top-quality steel and cement products. Nalvala Kurumaiah, driven by a fervent desire to serve his community, embarked on his political journey with a singular focus: to provide service to the people. His initial foray into politics in 2009 witnessed him contesting as an Independent MP candidate for the Nagarkurnool Parliament, showcasing his commitment to making a difference in the electorate’s lives. Despite facing stiff competition and falling short in the vote count, Kurumaiah remained undeterred, his resolve only strengthened by the setback.

 Overcoming Adversity:

In the face of adversity, Kurumiah’s resolve only grew stronger. Undeterred by setbacks, he embraced each obstacle as an opportunity to make a difference. His never-give-up attitude propelled him forward, driving him to persevere even in the most challenging circumstances. Through sheer determination, he transcended limitations and emerged as a force for good in his community.

A Bid for Leadership:

In 2013, fueled by his commitment to serving his community, Kurumiah made a bold decision to contest the Village Sarpanch position for Kondraopally. Despite his formidable efforts and the support of many, he faced defeat in his bid for leadership. However, rather than viewing this setback as a failure, Kurumiah saw it as an opportunity for growth and reflection.

The Pursuit of Social Change: 

Undeterred by setbacks, Kurumiah embarked on a path of social service, recognising the transformative power of collective action. With a resolute determination to effect positive change, he tirelessly worked alongside community members to address systemic issues and improve living conditions. His advocacy for the voiceless and marginalised resonated deeply, earning him widespread respect and admiration.

 Pursuit of Political Office:

Undeterred by previous electoral setbacks, Kurumaiah set his sights on higher political office, driven by a steadfast commitment to effecting meaningful change on a larger scale. In 2018, he sought the role of MLC for Mahabubnagar, Rangareddy, and Hyderabad, advocating for job creation and empowerment of the youth. Despite his impassioned campaign and earnest promises to address pressing issues, Kurumaiah’s proposal again fell short, underscoring the challenges inherent in the political landscape.

 Perseverance Amidst Adversity:

True to his resilient nature, Kurumaiah refused to be disheartened by electoral defeats, viewing each setback as an opportunity for growth and introspection. In 2021, he once again threw his hat into the political arena, competing for the position of MLC with a determination to champion the cause of the unemployed. Despite facing formidable opposition, Kurumaiah’s resolve remained unshaken, symbolising his commitment to the service of the people.

Through triumphs and setbacks alike, Kurumaiah has remained steadfast in his commitment to effecting positive change and uplifting the lives of those he serves. Political Journey and Affiliation with Indian National Congress

Kumuraiah’s foray into the realm of politics commenced with a profound admiration for the leadership exhibited by Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi within the Indian National Congress (INC) party. Motivated and inspired by their governance ideologies, Kumuraiah decided to align himself with the INC. This marked the initiation of his active involvement in political affairs, driven by a fervent desire to emulate the transformative impact observed under the leadership of the Gandhis.

Active Participation and Leadership Role

Since his induction into the INC, Kumuraiah has exemplified dedication and commitment to the party’s ethos. Serving as a Senior Leader in Nagarkurnool, his contributions have been instrumental in shaping the party’s initiatives and fostering community engagement. His proactive involvement in election campaigns and dedicated participation in party-organized programs underscore his pivotal role as a driving force within the INC’s regional framework.

Aspiration for Political Office

At present, Kumuraiah harbours aspirations to elevate his political trajectory by contesting as a Member of Parliament (MP) Aspirant for Nagarkurnool under the banner of the Congress party in the upcoming 2024 elections. This ambitious endeavor underscores his steadfast belief in the power of grassroots leadership and the potential for transformative change through political representation. With an resolve to serve the electorate, Kumuraiah envisions his candidacy as a catalyst for socio-political progress and the embodiment of the youth’s capacity to drive positive change in society.
