Mohammad Hussain was the Ex-Sarpanch of Solipuram. He was born on 15-04-1971 in Solipuram to Afzal and Jangirbi. Hussain completed his P.G in 1997 from Ambedkar Open University. In 2002, he completed his LLB from Padala Ramreddy Law College.

In 1986, He joined in CPI party and elected as Village President. In 1989, He joined the Indian National Congress(INC) Party and served as Vidya Committee Chairman from 1996 to 1997.

In 2001, He joined the Telugu Desam Party(TDP). In 2003, He became a member of the Bar Council. From 2006-2011, Mohammad Hussain was served as Sarpanch of Solipuram from the TDP Party. He received Rastrapathy Award and Rajashekar Award for keeping the village clean in 2008.

Hussain joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) Party in 2014.
