I am Kudicheti Kishore Kumar, a devoted servant of the people, born amidst the sacred hills of Tirumala on April 3, 1986. My life’s journey, deeply entrenched in spiritual values, social responsibility, and educational enlightenment, has been one of unwavering commitment to public service, democratic ideals, and holistic upliftment.

From my formative years, instilled with discipline and compassion by my revered parents, I have pursued the noble path of societal transformation through education, empowerment, and inclusive governance. Having acquired a robust academic foundation—ranging from the sciences to pedagogy and library sciences—I have always believed that true leadership emanates from informed intellect and empathetic action.

My foray into politics commenced in 2004 under the banner of the Indian National Congress, where I was entrusted with the honor of leading the Student Wing. That early responsibility shaped my political acumen and heightened my resolve to represent the voiceless. In 2011, I aligned my vision with the dynamic leadership of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Garu by joining the YSR Congress Party, serving as District SC Cell Secretary and later as Ward Incharge for Rajapalli (2022–24), facilitating grassroots development and democratic empowerment.

In my capacity as President of the AP State MDU (Mobile Dispensing Unit) and the V Sports and Athletic Academy of India, I have championed a multi-dimensional approach to social betterment—spanning health, education, sports, and economic inclusion. Through humanitarian interventions during crises, infrastructural development in rural areas, youth mentorship, and consistent advocacy for equitable opportunity, I remain steadfast in my mission to construct a just, inclusive, and enlightened society.

Mr. Kudicheti Kishore Kumar was born on April 3, 1986, amidst the Tirumala Balaji Temple Up Hills’s spiritual surroundings in the Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh. Raised by his esteemed parents, Mr. Kudicheti Cheralaiah and Mrs. Kudicheti Eswaramma, Kishore imbibed the virtues of compassion, discipline, and social consciousness from an early age—traits that have continued to shape his personal and professional journey.

His formal education commenced at RCM High School, Renigunta, in 2001, where he laid a strong academic foundation. Demonstrating a profound commitment to learning, he pursued his Intermediate education at CAN Junior College, Tirupati, completing it in 2003.

From 2003 to 2006, he undertook his Bachelor’s Degree from the SGS Arts College, located in the sacred town of Tirumala. His academic pursuit reflected both depth and discipline, driven by a desire to serve and uplift society.

In 2011-2012, he furthered his qualifications by obtaining a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the Tirupati Institute of Education, honing his pedagogical skills and solidifying his commitment to education.

Recognizing the importance of advanced scientific knowledge, Mr. Kishore earned his Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the esteemed Sri Venkateswara University (SV University), Tirupati, in 2014. Demonstrating his continued thirst for knowledge and organization, he pursued a Bachelor of Library Science in 2021–2022, equipping himself with expertise in information management and academic archiving.

Mr. Kishore Kumar’s professional journey has been deeply rooted in literature, education, and academic service. In 2004, he was conferred with the title of Hindi Pandit by the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, affiliated with Allahabad University—a testament to his linguistic proficiency and dedication to the Hindi language and culture.

In 2005, he took on the role of Secretary at SGS College, where he contributed significantly to the academic and administrative framework of the institution. His leadership and organizational acumen during this tenure laid the groundwork for future roles in academia and community development.

In 2011, Kishore Kumar enthusiastically embraced a significant step in his career by becoming a member of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP), a political party founded by the current Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and YSRCP’s President, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

As a devoted follower of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, in 2014 Kishore Kumar actively participated in the Samaikyandhra Movement, which aimed to safeguard the unity of the state and prevent the division that would separate the Telangana districts from the rest of Andhra Pradesh, forming a separate Telangana state.
