Esaveni Manoj Yadav is an Indian politician and current State Secretary from the National BC Student’s Association in the respective state of Telangana.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION-

On the 02nd of October 1990, Manoj Yadav was born in Nirmal village of Telangana State to the couple Mr. Esaveni Mallesh Yadav & Mrs. Esaveni Laxmi Yadav.

He was never a believer in a pretentious education. He came from a simple educational background, as do most people. In the year 2006, he received his secondary board of education from Sri Saraswathi Sushumandir High School, which resided at Nirmal.

Later, he went on undergraduate from Ravi Junior College located at Nirmal and completed it in the year 2008.

Further, in 2011 he acquired a bachelor’s degree from Government Degree College situated at Nirmal. Manoj attained B.Ed. and completed it in the year 2014 from Baba Saheb Ambedkar Maraviwada University resided at Aurangabad, Maharastra.

Since going to Acharya Nagarjuna University at Nirmal, he earned Post Graduation and completed it in the year 2016.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS-

During his tenure in education, he strongly believes that education is the only way to eliminate social evils and uplift society and that it is the only way to reach out to deserving students from the most backward parts of society and provide them with opportunities to not only complete their education but also to transform into confident people.

In 2009, he had been worked as Student Leader and worked constantly as a student leader by solving the issues of Students till the date 2011.

He has been designated in the admirable position as National BC Students Association State Secretary and working comprehensively all the time for the welfare of humankind.

Roles & Responsibilities in INC –

Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav, State Secretary of BC Student Union recently joined the Indian National Congress Party (INC) with his followers in the presence of Mr. Kuchadi Srihari Rao, President of Nirmal District DCC.

CAREER IN SOCIAL LIFE-

He is a staunch believer that every individual should engage in social work that builds a sense of patriotism in their souls and one should constantly try to influence people around them by emphasizing that one is indebted to society.

With the sole idea of helping the poor in all possible ways, Manoj established a Bharathi Youth and Welfare Society a voluntary society, and was designated as a Founder to serve the people in all ways by leading himself to when they were in difficulty and his pure sense of humor turned him into a great man with humanity.

He serves society with the mission of accumulating consciousness among the poor through innovative livelihood activities, striving for a corruption-free society, and ensuring order and responsibility in all actions aimed at improving the weaker sections.

Awards and Recognitions –

He received many honors and recognitions for his tireless efforts in assisting our India through difficult times and for his outstanding contributions to society. On 9th December 2018, he was graciously recognized with the National Award in recognition of his efforts.

Manoj Yadav had participated Telangana Movement during the periods between 2011-14-

Manoj actively participated in the Telangana movement for the separation of Telangana from Andhra Pradesh and to form the Telangana as a separate State and He lent great support to the Telangana Statehood Movement by providing intellectual support.
During Telangana Movement, Manoj played an active role and fought for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India.
Maha Dharna was held at the Clock Tower Center for the separate state of Telangana.
As being a part of the fight for the state of Telangana, Manoj has been organized Padayatra and fought for Telangana State along with party members.
Under the auspices of the Telangana movement, non-stop protests were held for 25 days.
He has been engaged in dharnas and rallies during continuous movement.
He set up a Vanta Varpu during the period of Rasta Roko and in the year 2011, he had participated in the Sakala Janula Samme for 45 days.

He had been fought for the student’s problems that were to be addressed-

He organized and was involved in a students program “YUVATHA MELUKO- DESANNI ELUKO” and he has been highly appreciated by Allola Indrakaran Reddy.
He solved every single problem faced by the students in the schools and Colleges.
He distributed stationery items to the school children and gave them books that they should move steadily with great enthusiasm.
As soon as it came to his notice that there were no proper facilities in the college, new furniture was arranged.
Manoj mainly focused on students like Fee reimbursement and Scholarships, Buss pass issues and worked hard to ensure that scholarships were granted to students immediately.
Manoj laid a big platform for the students’ bright future by organizing an awareness seminar to inform them about the importance of education in schools.
He often delivers motivational seminars on topics such as education, health, and politics to the students.
Manoj has been fought and discussed with BC Corporation to provide proper employment to the unemployed who are worried about getting a proper job even after graduation held at RLB Guest House.

Village Developmental Activities-

Providing Water Facility-
To solve the water problems in every house of Nirmal Colony people Manoj installed taps and solved the water issues by providing pure drinking water.
As there is damage to the Pipelines of the Water tank in the village, he Renovated the pipelines with his own money.

Social & Welfare Activities-

As a part of environmental protection, Manoj has taken an active role by participating in the Haritha Haram Program and cast the plants in the village.
He solved many issues and gave Pensions like -Widow Pension,old-age pensions, Handicapped Pension, and also dispensed White Ration Cards from the Party.
He organized an Eye Camp at the LV Prasad Eye Hospital and provided financial assistance for their eye surgery.
Manoj has performed many developmental programs and social activities for the welfare of the people.
Many service activities were organized such as food for orphaned children.
Helped a lot financially for the migrant workers and the poor. Free meals were provided to orphans and the elderly each year.
He fights over the problems of the people, for the welfare of the people.
He helped the death-affected family in the village by providing the essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during financial crises.
Manoj fight over every issue raised in the town and persistently worked to solve the issues.
Manoj distributed food, clothing, and Bedsheets to the Orphan Children and helped them by donating a certain amount whenever required.

Services Rendered During Dreadful Pandemic COVID-19-

He supplied masks, sanitizers, and food to the impoverished, while also financial assistance.
He has been assisting unemployed people who have lost their employment as a result of the crisis and are in financial distress.
Manoj conducted a Corona Virus awareness program and provided specific precautions to avoid the dreadful virus.
For families who do not even have the essentials to eat at home for the poor family, in the corona infected quarantine along with the corona tablets for them, all the members of the party volunteered to come forward and help each member of the household with a daily supply of essentials directly to their home.
At the hospital, Manoj also began offering masks and sanitizers to men suffering from corona deprivation symptoms.
During the covid period, he worked all days (day and night) and looked after the people.
He is indeed available, notably to the zone’s poorest inhabitants.
Because self-isolated persons were unable to care for themselves, Manoj Yadav stepped forward to help them by providing necessities for a set amount of time while adhering to specified guidelines.
To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.

ఘనంగా జాతీయ వినియోగదారుల దినోత్సవంనిర్మల్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ కార్యాలయంలో మంగళవారం నాడు జిల్లా జాయింట్ కలెక్టర్ గారి అధ్యక్షతన జిల్లా పౌర సరఫరాల శాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జాతీయ వినియోగదారుల దినోత్సవ కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించడం జరిగింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా జిల్లా జాయింట్ కలెక్టర్ కిషోర్ బాబు గారు మరియు పౌరసరఫరాల శాఖ అధికారి కిరణ్ గార్లు మాట్లాడుతూ వినియోగదారులు ఎవరైనా దుకాణదారుల వద్ద నష్టపోయినట్లైతే వినియోగదారుల హక్కులను ఉపయోగించుకొని జాగ్రత్త పడవచ్చు అన్నారు. ఎక్కడ ఏ వస్తువు కొన్న రసీదు తప్పనిసరిగా తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. రసీదు తీసుకోవడం వల్ల దుకాణదారున్ని ప్రశ్నించవచ్చని తెలిపారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో భారతి ఫౌండేషన్ చైర్మన్ డా.ఈసవేని మనోజ్ యాదవ్, రేషన్ డీలర్ల సంఘము జిల్లా అధ్యక్షులు పతికే రాజేందర్, రేషన్ డీలర్లు,దుకాణదారుల యాజమానులు, పెట్రోల్ బంకు నిర్వాహకులు, మిగతా వర్తక వాణిజ్య రంగాల ప్రొప్రైటర్లు, రైస్ మిల్లర్లు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

నిర్మల్ ప్రభుత్వ పాలిటెక్నిక్ కళాశాలను ప్రభుత్వ ఇంజనీరింగ్ కళాశాలగా ఉన్నతీకరించాలని కోరుతూ విద్యార్థి సంఘం నాయకులు మనోజ్ యాదవ్ మంత్రి సీతక్క, డీసీసీ అధ్యక్షులు శ్రీహరి రావుకు వినతిపత్రం అందించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో 9 పాలిటెక్నిక్ కళాశాలను ప్రభుత్వ ఇంజనీరింగ్ కళాశాలలుగా ఉన్నతీకరించాలని నిర్ణయించడం అభినందనీయమని.. కానీ ఉమ్మడి ఆదిలాబాద్ జిల్లాకు ఈ జాబితాలో చోటుదక్కకపోవడం చాలా బాధాకరమని అన్నారు.

బీసీ విద్యార్థి సంఘము ఆధ్వర్యంలో కొండా లక్ష్మణ్ బాపూజీ గారికి ఘన నివాళులు నిర్మల్ జిల్లా కేంద్రంలో కొండా లక్ష్మణ్ బాపూజీ గారి 12వ వర్థంతి సందర్భంగా బీసీ విద్యార్థి సంఘము ఆధ్వర్యంలో బీసీ విద్యార్థి సంఘము రాష్ట్ర కార్యదర్శి డా.ఈసవేని మనోజ్ యాదవ్, బీసీ సంఘము నాయకులు నిమ్మ గణేష్,డా.నరహరి,సిలారి నవీన్ శనివారం నాడు ఆయన విగ్రహానికి పూలమాలల వేసి ఘనంగా నివాళులు అర్పించడం జరిగింది.

తెలంగాణా రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ప్రకటించిన పదవ తరగతి పరీక్ష ఫలితాల్లో నిర్మల్ జిల్లాకు 99.5 శాతం తో రాష్ట్ర0లోనే మొదటి స్థానం రావడం చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉందని బీసీ విద్యార్థి సంఘం రాష్ట్ర కార్యదర్శి డా.ఈసవేని మనోజ్ యాదవ్ గారు అన్నారు.మంగళవారం రోజు ఆయన ఒక పత్రిక ప్రకటన విడుదల చేస్తూ తెలంగాణా రాష్ట్ర0లోనే నిర్మల్ జిల్లాను అగ్రభాగాన నిలబెట్టిన జిల్లా పదవ తరగతి విద్యార్థిని,విద్యార్థులకు హృదయ పూర్వక శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు.

ప్రత్యేక పూజ కార్యక్రమం

ఆదిలాబాద్ జిల్లా ఇంద్రవెల్లి మండలంలోని కేస్లాపూర్ లో నెలకొన్న నాగోబా దేవాలయం ఒక చారిత్రాత్మక దేవాలయం అని తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర బీసీ విద్యార్థి సంఘం రాష్ట్ర కార్యదర్శి డా”ఈసవేని మనోజ్ యాదవ్ గారు అన్నారు. శుక్రవారం రోజున అర్ధరాత్రి జరిగిన ప్రత్యేక పూజ కార్యక్రమంలో ఆయన పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా డా”ఈసవేని మనోజ్ యాదవ్ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ దేశ చరిత్రలోనే ఆదివాసి దేవాలయాలలో నాగోబా దేవాలయానికి ఒక ప్రత్యేకమైన గుర్తింపు ఉన్నదని అన్నారు. అనంతరం మెస్రం వంశీయులు డా”ఈసవేని మనోజ్ యాదవ్ గారిని ఘనంగా సన్మానించి నాగోబా ఆలయ ప్రసాదాన్ని మరియు క్యాలెండర్ ను అందించడం జరిగింది. ఈ పూజా కార్యక్రమంలో బైకన్ అశోక్ యాదవ్,శ్యామకూర నితీష్, కె.దేవేందర్, మెస్రం వంశీయులు,ఆదివాసి నాయకులు, భక్తులు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

పల్స్ పోలియో కార్యక్రమం

పల్స్ పోలియో కార్యక్రమంలో భారతి ఫౌండేషన్ చైర్మన్ డాక్టర్ ఈసవేని మనోజ్ యాదవ్ గారు పాల్గొని 5 సంవత్సరాల కంటే తక్కువ వయస్సు ఉన్న మీ పిల్లలకు పల్స్ పోలియో చుక్కలు వేయించాలని తల్లిదండ్రులందరినీ అభ్యర్థించారు. పల్స్ పోలియో చుక్కలు వేయించి మీ పిల్లలను పోలియో భారీ నుండి రక్షించుకోవాలని ఆయన తెలిపారు.ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఆశా వర్కర్ బండి లత, అంగన్వాడీ ఆయా శశికళ మరియు పిల్లలు తల్లదండ్రులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

రక్తదానం

నిర్మల్ జిల్లా సారంగాపూర్ మండలంలోని నాగపూర్ తండా కు చెందిన బంధురాం అనే వ్యక్తి రోడ్డు ప్రమాదంలో తీవ్ర గాయాలపాలయ్యాడు. రక్తం దొరకని సమయంలో అక్కడే ఉన్న స్థానికులు భారతి ఫౌండేషన్ గురించి వివరించగా వారు. వెంటనే భారతి ఫౌండేషన్ ను సంప్రదించడం జరిగింది. సంప్రదించిన మరుక్షణమే భారతి ఫౌండేషన్ సభ్యులు అయినటువంటి E V నరేష్ యాదవ్ హుటాహుటిన వెళ్లి రక్తదానం చేసి నిండు ప్రాణాన్ని కాపాడటం జరిగింది. దీనితో కుటుంబ సభ్యులు అతనికి మరియు భారతి ఫౌండేషన్ కు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపి అభినందించారు. భారతి ఫౌండేషన్ చైర్మన్ మనోజ్ యాదవ్ మాట్లాడుతూ తమ ఫౌండేషన్ ద్వారా రక్తదాన సేవలు చేయించడం జరుగుతుందని మరియు ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ రక్త దానానికి ముందుకు రావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. రక్తదానంతో పాటు ఇతర సేవా కార్యక్రమాలు కూడా భారతి ఫౌండేషన్ ద్వారా చేస్తున్నామని ప్రజలందరూ సహకరిస్తున్నారని ఆయన పలికారు.

నిర్మల్ జిల్లా కేంద్రానికి చెందిన డా.ఈసవేని మనోజ్ యాదవ్, డా.తలకొక్కుల నరహరి గార్లు గత దశాబ్ద కాలంగా ఎన్నో సామాజిక సేవలు చేసినందుకు గాను వారికి మంజునాథ ఫౌండేషన్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో గ్లోబల్ ఐకాన్ అవార్డ్ ను హైదరాబాద్ లోని రవీంద్రభారతిలో బీసీ కమిషన్ చైర్మన్ వకుళభరణం కృష్ణ మోహన్ రావు గారి చేతుల మీదుగా అందజేయడం జరిగింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా డా.మనోజ్ యాదవ్ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ అవార్డ్ రావడం పట్ల చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉందని,తమ మీద మరింత బాధ్యత పెరిగిందని యువత సామాజిక సేవ చేయడానికి మరింత ముందుకు రావాలని కోరడం జరిగింది.అవార్డ్ పొందినందుకు పలువురు వీరికి ఫోన్ చేసి శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలియజేయడం జరిగింది.

అన్న దానం

అన్న దానం మహా గొప్ప కార్యం అని ఆకలితో ఉన్నవారికి అవసరం ఉన్నవారికి పెట్టడం పుణ్యఫలమని విశ్వచై అన్నదాన కార్యక్రమమును గ్రామంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసి పేదవాలి ఆకలిని తీర్చడం జరిగింది.

మొక్కలు నాటడం

మనం మరణించాక కూడా మనం నాటిన మొక్కలు సజీవంగా ఉంటాయని హరిత హారం కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా మొక్కలు నాటడం జరిగింది.
